Zatrzymaliśmy się na 2 noce, ponieważ odwiedzaliśmy Legoland. Przyjechaliśmy po północy i ze zdziwieniem stwierdziłem, że prawie nigdzie nie pali się światło. Recepcja była również zamknięta i na drzwiach zobaczyliśmy informację, że klucze są w pokoju, nasze imię i nazwisko oraz numer pokoju. Znalezienie pokoju w czarnej ciemności na zewnątrz zajęło nam sporo czasu. Hotel składa się z kilku budynków, więc pokoje bardziej przypominają motel. Poza tym pokój był OK, miał wszystkie podstawy, było ciepło, ale światła na zewnątrz budynków i przy drzwiach do pokoju muszą być naprawione. Jeśli przyjedziesz późno w nocy, w zasadzie nie ma światła, aby cokolwiek zobaczyć, wszystko jest czarne. Poza tym byliśmy mile zaskoczeni, że śniadanie było smaczne, na zewnątrz był plac zabaw, a personel był miły i gościnny. Jest to dobra alternatywa, jeśli wybierasz się do Legolandu, tańsza niż hotele znajdujące się bliżej Legolandu, ale 10 minut jazdy samochodem nie jest takie złe.

The bed was so comfortable Also staff were really accommodating. Will definitely be going back. The Danish Pastries at breakfast were amazing.

Arrival 6 pm. got a room. The room was not cleaned, the bed was NOT freshly made. Complained. Lady from the reception went to the room, came back after 5 minutebn-now it is made. She only folded the bed, not freshly made, bathroom not cleaned. Wanted to leave. She gave me a fresh room. I slept. At 11pm I was awakened by fist banging on door. was scared. Opened. Security and the cook. I was told to leave the hotel immediately. Asked why. No explanation. Wanted to speak to the manager-that would not be possible. Had to get dressed and undressed in front of the gentlemen, waited in the pouring rain for the cab. At 1 o'clock I found another hotel. I wrote an email to the manager, called him - no contact possible. I have a trauma until today. Fortunately, the children were not there. As a hotel employee told me, the lady at the reception was not stress resistant. She was angry with me because I wanted a fresh room. She told the manager around 10pm that I was aggressive, which was not true. Was calm and solution oriented. The manager does not even ask his guest, has him forcibly awakened and expelled from the hotel. Disgusting. All staff seem to me oppressed and afraid to talk. Hands off this hotel, I can only warn everyone. Something like this is ripe for TV but not for families and Legoland visitors. In addition, it is teeming with mosquitoes.

We stayed for two nights. The room was big (despite the dimensions of the rooms in hotels in Copenhaga, for example), has a double bed and a sofa. Although the shower it was small and with just a curtain, it was ok. The room is a bit austere, but you don’t need anything more. The tv has chrome cast so you can use your phone apps to see a movie (if you have the energy after Legoland). The parking is free. The breakfast was good, diversified enough.

It was a very nice hotel, but for my feeling breakfast was terrible. The first day breakfast okay, there was not much choice but still it was good. But the rest of the days it was bad. They have taken away all the sweet breads and the orange juice wax tasting strange. Dinner was very good. And the hotel room was pretty average. The parents sleep on the big bed and the kid sleeps on the couch bed. The couch bed was very small and the 12 year old kid had problems with sleeping there because the kid was too tall. The bathroom was good for my feeling it felt empty. But it was clean.the shower was good but I will advise to put a sweeper there to sweep the floor because after every shower the floor was very wet. The roomservice was excellent and everyone was very friendly. I will advise this if you want a hotel with breakfast for a nice price nearby Legoland Billund.

Basic but clean hotel with friendly staff in a good location near to the airport

Choose to stay before our visit to Legoland. Location perfect and a super dinner. No cups in the room although tea facilities but staff were ultra helpful

Good cost effective base for legoland. Stayed here with my 2 young children, next to a bus stop with regular running services to legoland. Not many walking distance food options however a few options on justeat or public bus runs into town. Staff very friendly and beds comfortable, breakfast is a small but delicious selection.
