Dies ist nicht nur ein Hotel sondern auch ein gutbürgerliches Restaurant mit einem gewissen Schwerpunkt auf perfekt zubereitete Wildspezialitäten. Die selbstgemachte Huntloser Wildsülze mit einem lecker zubereiteten kleinen Salat, Bratkartoffeln und Remoulade für 15,90€ sehr gut, nur Fleisch ohne irgendwelche „da nicht hingehörenden Teilchen“ sehr gut abgestimmtes somit sehr zu empfehlen. Das Jever Pils vom Faß 0,4 = 4,20€. Nettes Personal nebst Chefin. Die Corona-Auflagen werden eingehalten. Reservierung sinnvoll unter 04487-92770
