My wife and I went to St. Lucia badly in need of serious rest and relaxation. We found that in spades at Body Holiday, St. Lucia. The resort property, the food choices, the activities and the staff were all excellent. We hope to get the chance to return again.

Most amazing experience I could have ever asked for, especially for my 30th birthday! BodyHoliday Resort is absolutely beautiful And magnificent! The team were so very very kind and engaged and supporting and helpful and just wonderful! We will be returning as much as possible!

BodyHoliday was a relaxing and refreshing experience. Staff was amazing and made you feel welcome. So many activities to do at the resort. We will visit again. I will also tell my friends and family.

This place is exactly what I needed and wanted as a solo traveler. Safe, beautiful, fun and relaxing. I could participate in as much or as little as I wanted to without any pressure. Everyone that works here is absolutely lovely! Some specific shoutouts — Mr. Simon my taxi driver, Moranda in the main restaurant, Trista in the main restaurant, Jenna at concierge, Chermaine who gave me one of the best massages ever, Melissa our awesome tour guide to the sulfur springs and waterfall, Anna/James/Tani/Britany at Tao. But seriously everyone here is lovely! The spa treatments are fantastic. The beach is great! The food is yummy! There are so many activities to choose from. This place is just awesome!

The people on the island make this location a wonderful place! It was our 2nd visit and the food was even more amazing, specifically at Tao — kudos to the St Lucia and Nepal chefs!! And Trista, for exceptional service in the various dining locations every time we sat in her section!
Also with the recent addition of the i-Tal experience (the mountain side garden terraces and the amazing lunch and awesome views— this will keep us coming back)!!
Really appreciate the warmth and exceptional customer service of Michelle, the new Food & Beverage Manager throughout our stay.
And I cannot forget the outstanding dinner we had at the Windows restaurant, where Ms. Naomi outdid herself with this must-have cashew Baklava with nougat— it was divine!!
And the incredible list of activities is simply so numerous and outstanding!! In addition the daily trea**ents are also amazing — special shout out to Vanessa J., and Vera for a wonderful spa service!
As the local song goes —
“St Lucia we love, St Lucia we love, St Lucia We Love…, and I must come back!!” Please note, I had to request the song 🎶 this time, but this song should be played as a MUST on every sunset cruise as you near the port!!
Appreciate everyone and all of the staff at the Body Holiday — a wonderfully unique experience where you can relax or try to do everything!! Even the taxi driver, Andy, is amazing for airport transfers and other excursions too!
