Is comfortable and clean, the employees are very nice, the rooms are small but I like it, the hot water on the shower very good

The bed was comfortable, bathroom was decent size, nice stone color. However, the paint smell bothered me a little. Maybe, they just finished a minor renovation and I could also hear my next room’s shower going on.
Hotel’s location was convenient and easy to get to the attractions like the cathedral.

Room smelled from a broken sink. Stagnant water in the bathroom. They sent a repair man but did not grant us a switch to another room that did not smell

Confortable hotel in walking distance of everything in Guadalajara. Older hotel and had a bad sewage smell inside the room especially in the bathroom.

I’ve never stayed at a hotel that has been so accommodating like the HVH was. The staff was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

This is a very nice hotel, but the room they gave me first, the smell of sewage was so strong, that they had to give me a different room. There is no noise buffers at all, that people conversing in the next room is so clear that it gives you the impression that they are right in your room.
