It is a good place to stay, the location is perfect. There was only two things that can be improved and is the TV and the shower faucet. The TV is small and old (Not Smart), and the shower faucet is just not the best one

価格に比べて施設はよく、コスパは良い。レセプションに人が少なく、時間がかかることが難点。特に夜間での対応。

We had to switch rooms as our first was leaking, bathroom not working and a lot of noice coming from a the downstairs club up to 3am, we were in the 11th floor and requested a change which they did. We moved to the 15th floor were the room was quiet and in good condition

If I was the Hotel owner I would buy new towels
Location
Surrounding areas were not nice
To get to the Zocalo/Catedral you need to either take the public bus or walk for about 25min in what I believe not so safe area

The staff is great! Just keep in mind if you stay in a weekend there’s a night club right next to it expect to be quiet until 3 am.

During our stay, there was a sports event going on and the hotel was crowded. Only 1 elevator out of 3 was working. It took 15 or more minutes to get on elevator. There was always a long line to get on elevator. Also, we could not enjoy the pool area. The grass was not maintained. The pool water was green/brown. Our room was falling apart. Toilet was not working. Table was wobbly. All furniture had something wrong with it. Either missing a handle or broken. Sink and shower fixtures were loose. Halls look run down. No ice machine. The only good thing was the customer service. The front ladies were very nice and allowed us to check in at no extra charge. Hotel looks nothing like the pictures!

I liked the hotel. They were having problems with the elevator. As myself used the stairs and was good for exercise.
