The service was very friendly and they cleaned solutions to problems with the water quite quickly in the area. I would recommend it only for business and not family

The facility was very clean with good hot water and air conditioning. The courtyard was nice to have breakfast. It is an older hotel but located conveniently between centro and Colnia americana.

The location was perfect, close to endless amenities, restaurants, shopping area, churches and very close to downtown Guadalajara. This hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and attentive.
The two things we would like to have seen is more items in the restaurant menu and more English channels on TV but rather than that we give a 10 to this beautiful hotel. EXCELLENT!

Service and cleanliness were very good. With our lengthy stay we personally got to know our maid who was exceptionally courteous and did a great job in cleaning our room. Only a few minor issues were taken care of quickly. Overall a great stay

Hotel is located near downtown, near great restaurants, and attractions, but water pressure is super low, our air conditioner was not working but we got re-assigned to another room as soon as we let them know. Personal is very professional and friendly. Room in front of hotel can be noisy at times, but back rooms have a great view and very quiet. I would definitely stay there again.
