It looks a lot better in person than it does on their website. It was walking distance from the Historic Center which is where the Cathedrals are located. Great customer service. The food was okay.,but I wouldn't choose to eat there again. But overall my experience was fantastic.

El hotel tiene un bomba de agua para subir agua al techo y cada 15 minutos se activa con un ruido q entra al cerebro , es una falla crave .

The hotel has a central location, the cleanliness in the room leaves much to be desired (dirt on the shower walls) the pillows are hard and uncomfortable, as well as the mattress. At night the streets are very lonely and dark, it doesn't feel safe to walk.

The beds were hard and we had spider bites! There was a dirty coffe pot no coffee! Noisy with kids running in the halls

We checked out as it was impossible to sleep on the rock hard mattress and the concrete hard pillows. We could hear everything in the hallway.
The check in staff was very nice and lovely as well as the entrance but that seems to be where they stopped spending their money. We moved hotels and would not recommend anyone to stay here.

This hotel does not have accessible acces to handicap persons bathrooms have no handles and they are to small, i been here several times but this time service was terrible,
