It looks a lot better in person than it does on their website. It was walking distance from the Historic Center which is where the Cathedrals are located. Great customer service. The food was okay.,but I wouldn't choose to eat there again. But overall my experience was fantastic.

El hotel tiene un bomba de agua para subir agua al techo y cada 15 minutos se activa con un ruido q entra al cerebro , es una falla crave .

I have stayed in this hotel for at least 10 times over the years and i was very dissapointed this last time. Both rooms had AC problems with no control, not working. Beds are extremely hard and 1 room had smoke detector go off in the middle of the night for battery. Shower head in another was horrible! We had to leave 1 day early because of a medical problem and NO refund. Hassle with parking because garage was supposedly full. Very dissapointed and it has now become not an option for us any more!!

The staff at Dali was amazing! Hands-down, one of my best experiences at a hotel as far as the staff goes. Greeted with a smile, and always willing to help in any situation.
The food in the restaurant is amazing and fair in price.
I give this hotel a 10 out of 10.

If you are focused on visiting Centro, it is hard to beat this location. It is an easy walk to the major sites and the Centro metro station. Our room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortably firm, and the staff was helpful.

Room service was ordered and didnt have any soft drinks or water available. Then the order never arrived. Management kept dodging me when I asked how the situation would be managed.
