We love the staff at this hotel, we had a little problem but the hotel staff was quick to resolve the problem and actually went over and above what we expected. We travel from California to Guadalajara many times a year and this will be the hotel we plan on staying at each time we come. It also is in a wonderful location, walking distance to multiple upscale restaurants. Lastly, the beds are extremely comfortable. All the things we look at when we choose a hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at The Sqare Hotel. This is our go hotel when visiting Guadalajara. Service is always excellent. Breakfast is great!

Very nice small quiet hotel. Great staff very clean only thing was when I booked it it said free 2 hour early check in and free 2 hour check out but that is only based on availability. Overall highly recommended and will stay again.

Pleasant and not too large facility, overall well-maintained. Breakfast in the morning was not always served at the same times every day, sometimes before 9am it was difficult to have it.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. Was not expecting much at all since is was only staying one night but I will definitely choose this hotel next time. Staff were kind and professional. Overall cleaned, hotel is small and looks tight but somehow they managed to make it seem and feel spacious.

The hotel is gorgeous and in a great area. The only problem we had with this stay was the temperature of the room. It happened to be a cold weekend in Guadalajara and there wasn’t a working heater in the large room we stayed in. The air conditioner worked fine and they did have a setting for the heater but after asking someone to help us with turning this setting on, they let us know that it usually doesn’t get cold in Guadalajara and this was not an option to turn on so it was COLD the entire time. I hate that this happened because the hotel is amazing and it wasn’t our first time staying here (first time during summer) but sleeping with a sweater, socks and pants was very uncomfortable. The temp in the room at night was 48 degrees, almost the same as the outside temp in December. If this could be fixed for those staying here during the colder months this hotel would receive 5 stars.
