Lousy hotel. Actual Vs room pictures in platform is so drastically different. Windows are open and cannot be shut properly. Bathroom glass is not enclosed at all and many spoilt tiles or holes in walls. Looks more like cheap hotel. Though walking distance to pedestrian street, it is so dark n error walling back at night. Not recommended for ladies solo or group travellers.
We were on last room at level two. Not sure if there was an attempted break in or ******* but we heard unusual noises for some time and when we tried checking and talking about it, the noise stopped since then. Room is shabby and not as spacious as online picture. Totally not recommended.
No toilet nearby reception area and they are not very helpful with parcel keeping despite knowing we had to change hotel and pre informed our return every two days to collect, but they kept chasing and threatening to throw away.
Good thing was that trip.com managed to get us a refund successfully after the first night. Service recovery by platform was commendable. Thank you for getting us out of this hotel fast, despite change of personnel in trip.com follow up.
