To manage expectations. This is not a HOTEL.
The accommodation is a condo room.
I think they edit the photo from Marriott Hotel
Overall view is good :) it serves its purpose to sleep. But will appreciate not use Word MARRIOTT because it's very far from aesthetic look of MARRIOTT.

The staff here was very helpful, when it was difficult to find the location. I looked for a Marriott sign, but there isn’t one, because this hotel uses the Marriott name, but is a completely separate business. So, I had to call to get help to find the entrance. But, it all worked out. The staff was eager to help in many ways, and was very friendly. The location is really great, and the river view is very nice. The room was basic, but sufficient. The most important part, was that I got a great night’s sleep, and the bed was very comfortable. The price was reasonable, and I would consider staying again if I was in the same area.

very hard to find by foreigner, no sign, no reception at the entrance, it's located at 17th storey, reaching there was hard, one security door with pin or card and same for elevator.
tv was broken, and she said it's not fixed. it's old, but in average was good.

The hotel certainly wasn’t a real Marriott Hotel and shouldn’t be advertised as such, however, I was surprised with the amenities, great location to both new and old Guangzhou and is relatively close to Keyun Lu subway station. It was a studio apartment, Wi-Fi didn’t work but I didn’t mind, overall I would stay here with family on a budget.

Fake Marriott hotel!! Beware. Difficult to find, hard beds, dusty and dirty. Not worth the cost.

Ok as per the budget but needs to be more clean. So the service was quick but no cups or tea bags in the room and washing machine is broken needs to change.

Bad experience as booked it with gym and swimming pool but had nothing of that.
Reception in 8th floor and they didn't explain how to get to..
