Exceptional hotel, reception very nice but limited English. Rooms very clean, modern, has gym, laundry, refreshments & snacks at lobby. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Guangzhou short or long stay.
The only improvement I can suggest is adjust the air conditioning so it doesn't blows straight on you while in bed sleeping.
Otherwise perfect hotel.

My stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was good, it would be helpful if they labeled the food with ingredients. The complimentary noodles provided for supper were a nice touch. Plus, the hotel's proximity to a McDonald's and other eateries was convenient. A highlight was discovering Quinn Coffee 有事没事来杯咖啡 nearby. Overall, a fantastic stay—I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Very warm, very clean room, very comfortable. The bed is comfortable and the Internet is fast. Breakfast is well spread
Late night noodles are satisfying
Laundry is handy
And the best is customer service
Mr Huang Jei helped me like any thing as I arrive 0330 in the morning..he went all out to have a convenient check in
Then comes Ms Wu Lichan, she always so prompt, warm
and smiling ..so warm and enthusiastic
. Wu Lichan customer service is very enthusiastic, the price is very favorable, cost-effective

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has free shuttle bus to/fro Canton Fair. The complimentary afternoon is a plus point. Very tastefully designed room! Will stay again!
