Worst hotel in a long while for me:
1. Clear non-smoking signs everywhere in the hotel, but people smoke everywhere in the public area, and staff don't even bother to stop them.
2. In the room, non-smoking again, but there is an ashtray in the room. LOL. The whole room smiles smoke, even after being changed 2 times, still no help, every room smiles the same.
3. The air is not working, set for 24 Celsius, but it goes down to 19-20 Celsius, every time, I have to turn it off manually.
4. Staff services are good, but they do not take action. When asked for a non-smoking room, they told me that "all rooms might have smiles.", just funny. and when I have ask for an air purifier, they do not have it; when i ask for some air spray, they do not have it. Problem-solving skills: 0.
5. this hotel is located 3-4 floors of the building. 5 floor has a shop for playing cards and Mahjong, the noise is extremely loud, people walk around every night. 8th Floor has a shop So-called "Spa". every evening, the lobby is full of people.
All-in-all, this hotel is the worst in a long while for me as I travel a lot. nothing is OK about this hotel.
I will not stay at this hotel or this franchise anymore.

Staffs at the check in counter were really helpful and friendly. They assisted me with my parcels delivered to the hotel and also went the extra mile to provide a trolley to me to bring my parcels back to the room. Room was overall very neat and clean. One thing to note was the cigarette smell which was inevitable when in China

The hotel is not bad. The reception does not understand English well. The window of the room where I was checked in looked out onto the street, so it was noisy in the room despite the fact that the window was locked.

Very good and clean hotel . Recently renovated. Comfortable stay. Totally would stay here again . Highly recommended . Nearby metro station . Next to road and many shops and restaurants around 😊🥰

The hotel was very clean, rooms looked new. Slept on the 3rd floor. Very comfortable beds, free laundry facilities as well on the floor. Customer service at front desk was very good. Spoke English and was very helpful. Surrounding environment is busy , at night it got a little noisy, guests arrived late at night made noise in corridor and you could hear it. Other than that, wonderful rooms , spacious and very clean . Had a pleasant stay and booked for extra night

Firstly I would like to thanks the reception no 005, can’t recall her name because I can’t read Chinese, leave my powerbank and wallet in the room, she called me up and gave a very good assistance by deliver or courier to me as I’m in the airport to fly to Shanghai, due to courier unable to take the wallet with cash, thus unable to be delivered, but I’m so happy with the honest by the room cleaner and reception 005. The hotel was located just few hundreds meters away from Tianpingjia Line 6, secondly the staff gave a wrong room, but was rectified after 2 times, and they even change a better room for me. The only thing not so good is the hotel under renovation. The breakfast was just good enough for a good daily breakfast.
Overall a very good nice new hotel with modern room facilities, good bed and especially good pillows provided, only the renovation happening is minus point.
