The room was clean, but the employees in the reception doesn’t even know one single english word, checking in was annoying as they could not find my reservation.

It was really decent staying here, it was clean, customer service was on point, the prices got higher by the days maybe because of the canton fair, but i got no complaints to be honest. I'd recommend it if you want a decent place to stay in.

The room is ok... nice and clean.... but the location is something. There is no facilities around for business traveler.... like fast food.

The hotel is pretty decent .It’s at a central place .Makes it easy to travel around .A bit far from the airport .Had to pay ¥150 .The hotel is clean but , the could invest in cleaning their carpets as they’re dirty & maybe also invest in hotel fragrance to make it more pleasing
