Chimelong Panda Hotel

Pokój, zgodnie z nazwą, był bardzo słoneczny i stylowy, bardzo czysty i cichy. Do wszystkich atrakcji było bardzo blisko, co było szczególnie przydatne, jeśli chcieliśmy uniknąć kolejek do popularnych miejsc. Dedykowana obsługa klienta również szybko i szczegółowo odpowiadała na nasze pytania. Zdecydowanie warto! Wielkie brawa!

I think because of the vidéos available online , I had high expectation of this place. However, I would not recommend this hotel for international traveller. My stay was truly horrible for a hotel this standard. Firstly, the person that checked us in. She didn t speak English or even bother trying to get a translator device handy like a phone to ensure we can understand everything. She didn t explained that the hotel have an app available and a membership will be created upon opening the app. So the ponts ended up not being allocated. Then she Said we will received an sms after 3:30PM with the room number - nothing came through at 8:00PM. She obviously lacked knowledge. I was also not advised that the hotel facilities could be checked through the app or show how it works so basically missed out on all n’important information required. She Said I have free drinks in my package but did not advise what it mean so this went to waste aswell. Honestly I missed out on so many things that was in the package that this was really upsetting when I found out on my last day while speaking to a random guest. Then the room. The room definetly look as picture online. However, it has an horrible damped smell floating in the room. The bathroom was even worst as instead of the damped smell it was a strong cigarette smell! I shouldn t be surprised as cultural my most Chinese people will smoke on the toilet or shower to avoid the smoke detector!! But how did the cleaning staff missed out on this?!!! For Chinese families it might be fine to have a cigarette smell but oversea visitor it’s disgusting and an health hazard!! We don t smoke and I personally have asthma and after a long day I just want a room that smell fresh and clean! Not damped and cigarette !! Then the safe! The housekeeper didn t even checked that it was left locked by the previous guest! So in the morning had to ask the reception to send someone to unlock it but it was too late as we were heading to one of the park! Bathrobe are not cleaned aswell so wouldn t recommend to use it as I feel like every single guest used them without being wash. The adult one had a strong smell of cigarette aswell as the kids one. Not sure how the housekeeper missed on that! And then in the morning, just wanted a good sleep until when i suddenly got woke up by a random family banging on our door at 7:00 AM. Not one families but 2 families within 10 min. You can imagine how angry I was!! How did the hotel staff have them the wrong room number and why it Even happened?!!! So no I didn t enjoy my stay or had a single good sleep! Pros *location *panda character walking through the lobby and restaurant Cons * not a single team member speak English or carrying a translator device * room smelled damped and cigarette *no one will explain all the perks as all they want is money! *not family friendly at all or oversea traveller

We enjoyed the circus and animals. We understand that this hotel is for kids, but the decoration was a little too much in many places.

Very nice environment. The buffet for dinner BUSSIN n also the service was great. But it wasnt quite nice to see those people doing live to sell their tickets in the lobby itself.

Everything you need is included in the property but good food selection can be quite limited. Others, hotel room is big and clean.

The kids enjoyed the double decker beds very much. Family and kids friendly hotel

The hotel room uses carpet. Dotn feel that the carpet is really clean. Apart from that the hotel not much facilities also, no pool, bedroom size gym and payable self service laundry. That's about it. Food is expensive and they don't allow deliveries like *******. No real panda at the hotel, just parrots at the ground floor near the dining area and food court. But it's walking distance to the paradise theme park and shuttle is provided to the safari which was a pleasant experience. Plenty of mosquitoes here so please bring ample insect repellent
