Sanying Spa Resort Hotel

It’s wonderful, fully of Chinese new year feel. Very nice place for vacation

Basically this hotel is quite good but there is few points I think the hotel should be notified : 1. the staff lie us when we ask for dinner out the hotel. They told me that outside restaurants will charge us unreasonable price and ask us to take dinner at hotel. The hotel buffet charge is 3++ RMB /person (total I spend 6++ RMB in the end) but the next day I when for outside restaurant all menu are listed with price which cost reasonable price . 2. The buffet I saw doing promotion when I check in which is 99 RMB / person with t&c. But when we ask they say this promotion is no longer having anymore. But why is u placing the promotion advertisement so big in front is u not longer having this!!!! I feel being scammed!!!! 3. When I ask for body lotion the staff told me that they did not provide but my friend room provided!!!!! They keep saying hotel did not provided until I asked them y other room have but mine is not !!!!!!! 4. Honestly the buffet food is not bad but just one thing the salmon section!!!!!! I Q up to take the salmon sashimi I told her I don’t want others us want salmon and I have two people can give me 6 pcs!!!! She told me that cannot!!!!!! One people only can take one plate and I is get 3 pieces of salmon and I have to take long Q again n wasted my time on eating because the bufet just until. 8 pm and I enter at 7++ . 5. Salmon part again!!!! I almost dye because of it because there is a little bone inside the salmon sashimi!!!!! 6. The transportation is really hard to find.. hotel should provide shuttle for nearby place. Conclusion: if the hotel can correct all this mistakes I think this should be a very good staycation for me .. I wish hotel have changes for my next stay!!!

Took the weekend to relax between canton fair phase 1 & 2 , it was a fantastic way to spend the weekend. Nice room, different spas and faculties. restaurant was good , buffet breakfast was ok. recommend going here
