Would like to thank frond line Xiao Xe Je and Lo Lo Je for their excellent service during our stay. Really appreciates that a lot! Such a pleasant stay at your hotel! Great location with friendly and helpful staff. Bravo!!! Not forgetting the room service ladies too. Overall is good experience to stay at Hong Cheng Hotel.

I will Not come back to this hotel anymore. We paid about more than 10% to upgrade shown in pictures provided.
Poor noise control from guests & staffs. Poorly partition rooms as every time a guest close or open a door will likely wakes up most giests on the same floor.
Bad cleanliness but good location.
A bug is spotted....yak!
Not recommend.

We paid more than 10% to upgrade to the room stated (pictures provided). High humidity, very noisy & poorly partitioned rooms.
Found a bug when I turn on the light.
Many good hotels along this road.
I do Not recommend stay in this hotel even at this offered rate. I will give it a miss.

The hotel is undergoing upgrading now probably coz the facilities and rooms are quite dated, simple budget hotel with decent service

Very small room for 4 people. Hardly any room for luggage. Service was good. Close to the river and shopping area. No fridge in the room.

Price reasonable, room cleaned everyday, location is convenient, staff helpful. Hotel also has share washer and dryer.

Subway station is 6-8 mins away depends on which subway exit used. No food stall around the hotel but got two restaurants nearby. If want supper there is not much choices like in other areas, only convenience store.. But there is pro that we got clean room, comfy bed and no noise
