Location is good, staff are polite, breakfast is delicious, got upgrade and the room is clean and specious with good view.

Room is spacious, clean and nice! Love the design of walk-in wardrobe and separation of toilet and shower/bath area. Definitely will come back again.

There is no understanding about privacy in this hotel. If you need to inform guests about you will check fire alarm - you can inform them at the check in . No need to send housekeeper to give me the paper when I already in the room and maybe I'm sleeping or having *ex with my wife. Even if you need to give me this paper - you can put it under the door. No need to knock like a crazy and ringing. So I need to stop what I'm doing and go open the door just to stop this crazy lady from breaking in. Also not cool , that after shower I need to wipe the floor with towel cause there is no rubber at the shower's door. Will attach the photos. Also why only 3 portions of coffee? We are a couple. So or you left 2 or 4. Why 3? Like we drink coffee together and than only one of us? From other point, guy at the reception understood my complain, apologize and offered us a bottle of wine. It's nice , but next time we will go to Jumeirah 🤷🏻

The hotel is up to the Mandarin Oriental standard. Service was excellent and the facilities are great. The only criticism would be the breakfast as they do not have much options for such hotel

The experience is simply impeccable. Staff are always thoughful. Definitely the best of the class service even in the league of five star hotel

The great experience started with a warm smile from FO/Oliver and a comfy room. Housekeeping Team thoughtfully made up my room with taking care of my unfolded clothings and a new bottle of water was offered when it was almost consumed.
Nevertheless, the water leaking issue from the gap of the shower room door is quite a serious issue and it was not flawless.
