Hotel jest czysty, ale jest stary. Stare meble. Na początku wydawało mi się, że miło, gdy wszędzie, łącznie z moim pokojem, pachniało herbatą jaśminową. Kilka minut później zaczęło mnie to denerwować, nie czułem wokół siebie niczego poza tym jaśminem. Musiałem otworzyć wszystkie okna i włączyć wentylator, wtedy pomogło.
Panie na recepcji się nie uśmiechają, ok, może są zajęte, ale też nie witają się po wejściu do hotelu.
Poprosili mnie również o wypełnienie dokumentów dla obcokrajowców, w porządku, zajęło mi to kilka minut, ale inne hotele NIGDY mnie o to nie prosiły, więc dlaczego twój hotel tego potrzebuje?
Podobała mi się lokalizacja, bardzo blisko pięknego centrum handlowego, metra i wielu restauracji w okolicy.
Poza tym pokój był dość przestronny i miał nietypowy układ, ale na pewno muszą wyremontować swój hotel.

Pokój jest raczej cichy, bez zakłóceń z okolicy, ponieważ jego lokalizacja znajduje się w okolicy. Chociaż poprosiłem o pokój dla niepalących, ale w pokoju nadal śmierdzi. Ręczniki też mają wilgotny, stęchły zapach. W okolicy jest dużo jedzenia. Łatwo tu po prostu wyjść i zjeść posiłek.

The hotel staff is really helpful compared to other hotels! They cannot speak english but use their phones to translate and help. The hotel cleanliness could be improved the ceiling is dirty and had moisture. The hotel is also in an alleyway which was surprising. The location is great it’s close to the taikoo hui mall. They have a bus for canton fair. Breakfast deal is amazing.

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the Shipaiqiao metro station, very close to bus terminal, surrounded by many restaurants and malls. The staffs at front desk are very polite and helpful. They also upgrade the room type for us.

Service was great, friendly and accomodating staff. Great location, off from a main street so it’s not noisey, but easy to access. Close to lots of malls and shops in walking distance.

Very good location, guest room was nice and quiet, housekeeping service was attentive, front desk representatives were friendly.
But 6th floor dining service was quite so slow , we had been waiting for our food over 25 minutes. Food was mediocre.

I think it's difficult to find detailed reviews about the place so I would like to take the opportunity to help others out.
To start, I am not a picky person I can tolerate quite a bit while traveling. Sounds and smells don't bother me too much. So Take what I say with discretion.
Due to the peak season of Canton Fair, we were "gently" encouraged to upgrade our rooms which we did but it wasn't too much. Maybe about total additional of 52 dollars for 2 double bed rooms for 4 nights. The staff is friendly but speaks limited english save for their boss. They do have a translation app and will try their best to help.
The hotel does have a slight musty smell but nothing to be bothered by. The room is spacious. Furniture is a bit dinged up. The towels are changed daily, and the bed is very soft and clean. The bathroom was sizeable but there was a bit of water damage to the ceiling.
The breakfast buffet was decent. 20% western food and 80% Chinese food. They had a bit of yogurt and bread but no butter. I think you can request for it, but I was very satisfied with the congee, soup, boiled sweet potatoes, and dimsum.
There is only one bus time for the canton fair so if you miss it, you miss it.
Overall we had a very pleasant experience but again, if you're looking for a good place to, stay it's well enough.
