Came back again to the W hotel which everything always on point but this time David who works at the front desk/concierge who surprised us with an excellent service with the most friendly & welcoming hospitality, he elevated our whole experiences at the end of our trip in GZ, once again thank you and hopefully this message will also deliver to the management of the W hotel.

We came here for Canton fair 2024. There’re shuttles running between hotel to the venue in the morning and evening.

The service was phenomenal at this hotel. Came to visit Canton Fair. The German manager helped me get my badge and went as far as using his personal phone to help with the info. Then advised the best entrance to take my cab to. Impeccable service.

The W hotel is located in the prime area of Zhujiang New Town Guangzhou. Close to both line 3 and line 5, it allows for easy travel around the city. The staff are friendly and pleasant, and are very professional. The rooms are clean and neat, but the real seller is the bathtub and shower, which are both spacious, have good water pressure, and have lights with easily controllable brightness. The breakfast is worth the extra fee as it’s fairly inclusive and includes a fresh juice bar. Would definitely recommend staying if the W is within your budget.

A very modern hotel with a nightclub aesthetic and vibe in the lobby, yet professional and quiet rooms. Very spacious, with separate toilet and showering areas, a dressing area and comfortable bedding. Air conditioning is strong and modern controls are accessible throughout the room.

Good service, clean big room and nice breakfast. The only annoying thing in this hotel is the noisy high music that they keep it always in the lobby and in the elevator, the music should be a relaxed one.

The W is super clean and comfy. Their beds are my favorite hands down across hotels for a good rest. Floors are quiet so it’s super easy to relax. Bathtub is amazing—just wish bath salts were included in the amenities. But there are lots of other good amenities; plus towels are fluffy, water is plentiful…Check-in could be better. Second stay in three months time where the room not ready upon arrival and since I showed up about 45 minutes after check-in time—A hotel of this caliber could be at the ready. Now they did offer a late check-out upon my request the next day & gave my friends a breakfast discount, so that was nice, but I’d really like a room ready on arrival. Other than that—everything was excellent. In the grand scheme of things—it’s a lovely comfortable place to stay in GZ. Staff friendly and accommodating—easy to communicate with. Lounge has a great vibe—breakfast is delicious. Really do like the W!
