Came for the water park but it was closed from end of October. The hot spring tub in the room is nice but water isn’t warm enough. However the amenities are top tier. Lots of things for kids to do. Would be ideal to visit during summer!

It was a highly anticipated trip, but... the check-in counter was small, so it was slow, and the attitude of the hot spring staff felt a little arrogant.There were people eating in the hot spring bath, but no one restrained them, and after talking to the staff, they were restrained.The restaurant is small. If you want to eat quietly, go quickly

Huge room with a soaking tub on the balcony, we requested room with partition between the bunk bed and king bed which worked great for our family. We had the breakfast and dinner buffet, plenty to eat and good value. The water park was good fun.

They was very welcoming on the arrival and gave us the room we asked with a stunning view. The room was 10/10 clean and smell nice. Service was 24/7. Very friendly and professional. The activities was all fun for adults and kids. We did the hot spring , indoor water park, catching fish and taking an electric boat to watch the waterfall. Thanks again for everything.  The only 1 thing i felt was missing is having a western cuisine restaurant available.
