Nice place with spacious living area and room. The front desk girls were very helpful and arranged a room with a down stairs bed as we had our aged father who is unable to walk. The location is excellent, handy for shopping, food, subway and famous landmarks. The lift is crowded all the time. The room is clean. Overall it’s a great stay with excellent experience. I will be back.

It’s always great staying here. Close to Beijing Rd, restaurants, the river is walking distance away. I highly recommend this place. Oh, don’t forget your tidepods. This place has a washer/dryer. Oh and a Starbucks downstairs!

Comfortable beds and sofa where whole family can sit and enjoy together. Downside is no bedroom doors, and families snoring and activities at different timings can be heard. Housekeeping friendly aunties comes everyday to tidy the place, give more water.

Overall the room is good and spacious but the entire building are dirty and no security as some units are rented out for small businesses. As usual the lifts require sometimes to reach.

Big and cozy apartment. Very close to Beijing Road. Many things to see and buy. Beds are super soft and comfortable. Foods are everywhere around the Plaza. Very clean too.

Location of this place is perfect! It is right on Beijing Lu, so you are extremely close to food and shops. The room was clean and all of the workers we encountered were very nice. Only thing that was not great was that the elevators take a long time because it is used by everyone in the building. Although, that is not the hotel's fault, it is just something to remember when booking this location. Would definitely stay here again!

Building has poor design. Very slow elevator.
Family rooms are partitioned. No door, no privacy.
Only 1 shower. 2 toilets.
Low ceiling for upper floor. Head hits often.
Perfect location. Many shops on street.
Nice renovation. Washing machine
Floor 8 has a very good chinese restaurant for dim sum
