The location is very convenient. It’s near 7-11, People’s park and restaurants. The services is quite good as well. However the wifi is terrible. It’s connected but can’t use 😂.

Overall the hotel is very good, location is not far from Beijing road. The breakfast is good and have variety of food. The hotel staff really very helpful.

Stayed 2 nights. Room assigned was without window! I complained the next day and reception argued that some smaller sized rooms are without windows and showed me her website. I showed her my booking with mention of city view and photo of room with window (city view) before she was convinced, and then reluctantly asked if I want to change Room within 2 hours' time (before they tidy up the room by 12pm). Since I wanted to go out already, and only 1 more night, I decided not to waste time changing Room. Overall, poor customer experience. Apart from that, location is good.

Such small size rooms and isn’t that convenient. Service could been better and breakfast is average. Nothing much to say.

Hotel location is good. Within 8-10 minutes walking distance from Gongyuanqian metro. Check in and out is a breeze. Some drinks are provided at reception area. If you have friends visiting you, there is a seating area near reception.. Plenty of eateries around. Breakfast is ok. Reception staffs are nice.

Clean and spacious room. Only drawback is hotel located at place a little bit far from train station (about 11min walking distance) and also quiet area around hotel, not much shops n foods around but meituan delivery apps is convenient here so not a big deal. Overall satisfied with this hotel.

This trip was just me and my octogenarian father. We found the location of Insail strategic - in historic trails, famous Beijing Street close by, choice of public transport (bus and subway literally gets you to anywhere in Guangzhou), delectable choice of food, beautiful and lively parks (especially with Sun Yat Sen Memorial and Yuexiu Park walking distance). Hospitality we received from the staff (front desk, kitchen and housekeeping) commendable. Managers, especially Ms Amy, without a doubt made us feel like a home away from home! We look forward to visit Guangzhou again, and definitely stay in Insail (Beijing Lu branch).

Pros: location was great, about 10-15 mins walk to Beijing Pedestrian Street for shopping. The popular Guangzhou Restaurant chain has a location in the building next door on the 5th floor. Hotel breakfast was decent, with a combination of Chinese and some western dishes. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Cons: the sink in the hotel room leaked water all over the floor so the hotel moved us to another room on the same floor. We stayed for 2 nights - someone rang our doorbell at around 11+pm the first night, and no one responded when we asked. On the second night, someone rang our doorbell about 3 times, around 11+pm, 12+am and 4/5am, which was disconcerting and a major disturbance when we were trying to sleep. We provided feedback to the hotel when we checked out, hopefully the hotel will enhance the hotel security.
