Although the staff don't speak English, they were incredibly helpful and dedicated—they used WeChat translation to communicate smoothly throughout our stay. They also offer free breakfast, and there's a convenient store right next to the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and hassle-free stay near the airport!

I’ve been staying in China for quite some time and have already stayed at several hotels, but unfortunately, this was one of my least comfortable experiences. 1. Cleanliness: The hotel, especially the hallways, was not as clean as expected. 2. Room lighting: The lighting inside the room was very dark and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep in my room. I ended up sleeping on the sofa in the lobby and waited until 5:00 AM before going to the airport. 3. Customer service: I asked twice if there was a restroom I could use because I was staying in the lobby, but I was repeatedly told there was no restroom available. Even at the restaurant, I couldn’t use one, so I had to walk to a nearby coffee shop just to use the bathroom. This was very disappointing. 4. Front desk: The only positive experience I had was with one of the attendants who kindly helped me fix the power outlet for my phone. The only good thing about this hotel is the free transportation to the airport, which is convenient if you simply need a place with airport transfer. However, if you are looking for comfort, cleanliness, a pleasant room, and good customer service, I unfortunately would not recommend this hotel. 👎👎👎 I hope the management can improve the cleanliness, lighting, restroom access, and especially the customer service at the front desk.
