Hiphop International Business Apartment (Guangzhou Changgang)

This is an old apartment rooms located in a terrible location of a busy business building. The terrible thing is the locational distance of the front desk and the rooms. The front desk is located on the 18th floors in a different building and the apartment is located in another side of the building. To reach there you need to choose a different elevator to front desk and from there you have to change the elevator to the apartment rooms. The changes of elevator will take long waiting, especially in the business hours you have to wait for long time. The room which I have got is very old and poorly maintained. A bad smells comes out of the kitchen and the toilet. The Room and the toilet was not cleaned properly. While I was checked in the midnight I found that There were uncleared tea cups and The door handles were broken also. Front desk people’s response was not friendly they were always busy with their favourite video movies in their mobile phones. I don’t know how such dirty and unprofessional hotels are getting above 4 points. I would like to advise the English/ foreign speaking travellers please don’t choose such properties which will spoil your valuable days.

本來訂的是房間是雙床房，前台沒有和我們商量下自行調成大床房，等我們上去房間後發現不是後才和我們説是沒有雙床房改成大床房，已經和我們升級過了:大床+窗台，窗台也沒有給我們準備好三件套，和我們説一會就過來鋪，但起碼有等半個小時，實在等不及後打電話去前台，才過來加上。但是房間衞生糟糕，洗手枱底下的櫃子像是沒擦過一樣，櫃側面脱落，因為是大床房，衞生間也沒有門，對於我們一家三口很不方便。雖是地理位置好，但設施真的不值這個價

首先進屋很不滿就是沙發一攤污漬，讓人很受不了，犯惡心，感覺很臟，還有桌子上留的睫毛也沒打掃乾淨，太讓人下頭了，還有他們設施真的很low，給人就老破小的感覺，睡了之後那個空調更是離譜，半死不拉活的叫着，一點暖氣也沒有，房屋凍人。出來旅遊就體驗這樣酒店，無語至極
