It’s so great to have a 2 nights 3 days vacation in the resort. Bulter service is good! Buffet breakfast is not much variety! Gym room is fun. If there is a water dispenser provided would be fantastic!Overall services is excellent! Surrounding area is beautiful! Lots of other facilities are available in the surrounding area. If a guiding application with the resort & surrounding facilities provided would be super!

My husband and I had an amazing time at this hotel!! The hotel attendants were beyond attentive, pleasant and very helpful. The hotel was so well maintained and it was clean. Breakfast was amazing, the grounds were beautiful and the hot springs pool was so relaxing. It was worth every penny and more. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic getaway, a bonding experience with friends or to celebrate a special occasion.

The hotel was amazing. Extremely beautiful, the location was very calm, hotel staff was very nice. The room was also very big, clean, and had an espresso machine! Although this hotel is expensive, I really do think that you are getting what you pay for. Also, the breakfast was really good as well. The hot tub was also great, it only took around 10 minutes to fill and it was already really hot!

本來定了豪華雙床房，河邊的，但這幾天下了大雨，水的聲音震天響，所以換了loft雙床房，其實我一般般這種雙層的房型，天花板太低有點壓抑，不過一家三口去睡着方便一些，loft大床開門就是廣場，這個房型出門活動的話方便一點。
周邊環境超一流，三面環山水汽氤氲，養眼，鴨洞河寬大開闊，能下去玩的話就好了。後面是一片大草坪，還有集市，再後面是一個設計展會，在草坪上遛狗溜娃放風箏野餐都可以。
酒店的餐廳是最加分的部分，吃了團購的晚餐和早餐，每個菜品都非常好吃，還有時令艾草做的腸粉和糕點，餐廳環境寬闊通透，一大早看着青山綠水吃早餐感覺特別好。
管家小康很helpful，回覆很及時，房間細節都清楚，洗澡沒熱水及時開了另外的房間去沖，送了另外的水和荔枝茶。
房間設施設計的比較合理，二樓也有廁所，燈光控制很清晰，泡池很大，比較乾淨，院子裏還有人蔘果樹。
建議改進的地方是生日佈置太太太簡單了，衹有毛巾蛋糕，聊勝於無，一點儀式感都沒有，我是專門找地方過生日的。
