The apartment is near to everything. Near to the mall but a bit far to the subway station. The price is worth the space. Clean and doesn’t have foul odor

I have always believed that the most important thing about traveling is not to have fun, but to find a place where you can rest and unwind after playing. Therefore, this is definitely the first choice. This apartment has left a deep impression on me, not only with a beautiful environment, but also with a sense of home. Play outside during the day, and return to the apartment at night to enjoy the warmth of home. Of particular note, the mattresses and pillows here are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for me.

The room is totally different to the one shown in the ads - I doubt the ads has used fake photos. The room is in poor condition and needs a renovation throughout. Almost everything is broken, molds everywhere, the cleaner can do a much better job.
The service was responsive - upon raising complaint with the host, they agreed to cancel our booking and issue a full refund - but it is so hard to find another place on the spot so we had to stay one night in this disgusting place. However the host was happy to cancel the rest of our booking and only take the price for one night. In fact I don’t think it worth this price.
I would not recommend this apartment and I think they shouldn’t use fake photos in the ads.
The host said they will do a renovation. I hope things will change.

這次帶着家人到廣州旅行，酒店公寓位置很棒，位置很好，周邊就有地鐵商場和各種美食，如果不想出門，周邊也能點到非常好吃的外賣而且還能送到房間門口，在最後一天詢問前台管家是否能延遲退房，前台小妹非常熱情地給我延遲了。

每年廣交會都住在這附近，今年需要套房，可以選擇的酒店不多，榆漫居公寓不但有雙大床套房，還可以提供三床套房，果斷預訂。珠江新城CBD的位置自然是很好，而且住在這一圈吃飯極其方便，附近酒店林立，小吃雲集，選擇非常豐富。而且距離珠江公園步行幾百米可到，閑時可以去公園跑步或者散步。公寓的裝修有些年代了，所以局部有些陳舊和發黴，勝在空間夠大，畢竟要住在一週，寬敞的空間非常重要。這個地段雖然繁華，但是從公寓到譚村地鐵口或者崗頂地鐵口，都有些距離，但是打車去琶洲展館還是非常便利。公寓的房間不是固定一個樓層或者一個區域，而是散落在整個大樓裏面，因此房間的周邊可能是一家公司，可能是一個租户，可能是一個私人住所…這點是沒有酒店的儀式感的。前台在5樓511室，客服比較熱情，很早就加了微信，告知地點位置等。

兩張床我也是意外的，不過落地窗關不上，需要修一修哦
設施：比較全，但我沒用，就一天，也沒必要；
衞生：還ok吧，表面挺乾淨的；

好評好評，內部環境很好，也很物美價廉，附近地鐵公交都很方便。內部環境很新前台小妹人也很好，衞生很乾凈，假期住了三天，感覺很不錯，建議用小瓶裝的沐浴露和洗髮水，是目前住過的公寓酒店最乾淨的一家，棒棒棒棒

公寓房間非常乾淨整潔，而且每天還會有阿姨過來打掃衞生，前台小姐姐服務也非常熱情，給我們提供了很多便利，下次來還選擇這家。
