Panna w recepcji jest bardzo entuzjastyczna, cierpliwie odpowiada na różne pytania i szuka robota w środku nocy, który pomoże dostarczyć jedzenie na wynos do pokoju.Hotel jest stosunkowo nowy, ale nie ma nieprzyjemnego zapachu, prawdopodobnie dlatego, że oczyszczacz powietrza jest zawsze włączony. jest rano herbata i wygoda w pobliżu hotelu jest to dość wygodne, aby przejść do sklepu pieszo.

Ogólnie hotel czuje się bardzo dobrze, lokalizacja jest w centrum dzielnicy Tianhe, a transport jest wygodny. Wystrój jest zasadniczo w tym samym stylu co Ascott, bardzo wygodny, a wyposażenie jest stosunkowo nowe. Obsługa hotelu bardzo dobra, osobiście uważam, że poduszki są za wysokie, Carson w recepcji od razu załatwił miękką poduszkę. Wrócę następnym razem, gdy przyjadę do Guangzhou.

It is located in the CBD area of Guangzhou, hence very easy to grab a taxi. The main entrance of the hotel is located at the backside of ICC.. The hotel itself is quite new, hence the amenities and facilities are quite nice. Toiletries were replenished everyday. Plenty of food option available in ICC, hence finding food around the hotel is not difficult. Only complain is that the breakfast location is not in the hotel… it was located in a restaurant outside of the hotel premises which you can access via a connected hallway that is open only during the breakfast hour. The food there wasn’t that ideal and the options were very limited. The setting of the restaurant was a pizzeria hence the atmosphere was just like a fast food chain. With the markup in price to include breakfast, you can honestly get much better food via a food delivery app or even on your own. The front desk staffs are helpful especially Winnie，she is always considerate.
