Room is spacious and clean. My first room was a little smelly and I asked for a change and they showed me a couple rooms and let me stay in a bigger room. Service is definitely nice. Their breakfast is buffet style, very nice. Happy with my stay.

A great hotel right in the centre of Guangzhou. It’s very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Guangzhou.

Great hotel with great location, near malls, subway stations, park and so on. The breakfast had lots of options, the room was big and clean and the staff was really nice and helpful.

Great location. One of the darkest hotel rooms I've ever been in. Bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. As usual though, you could hear everything from the hallway and neighbors rooms.

If you stay more than a week you start spotting what it could be improved, however the staying is good. The price during the canton fair is the double of what it would be really the fair in normal times...

Good location at central and easy to book cab around. Front desk staff, Niki, was very friendly and helpful. She helped to book for our HaiDiLao reservation and secured a late check-out for us.

Really friendly and helpful staff. When the room we booked wasn’t to our satisfaction they gave us a free upgrade. Breakfast was pretty good. Lifts are a little strange - have to go up to reception in one lift then down to your room in another lift!
