This was my second time visiting Brisas and I had an amazing time with my family. It’s such a family oriented hotel with amazing staff. They made our stay so much better and enjoyable. The night shows and kids shows were enjoyed by the little ones in our family and there was always something to do. We really liked staying at the villas and having the separate pool. The a la cart restaurants were delicious. The best part of staying here was that they made you feel like home, all the workers were so wonderful and kind. This was a family trip but I have also sent many clients to this hotel and they have always enjoyed their time. My husband and I have been to Brisas nine times and each time is the most wonderful experience. We have stayed in both the hotel and the villas. Our preference is the villas as it is much quieter and relaxing. And the maid service is exceptional to say the least! Kenia has been our maid for the last two winters and we couldn't ask for anyone better. Our room was always done to perfection. Yanis, Michael and Rigo do a wonderful job in the a la carte restaurants. We can't wait to book our next winters vacations soon! Thanks, Brisas staff for making our holidays so enjoyable.

Best resort in Cuba, this was my 16th time returning to brisas. I first want to say the staff here is top notch. A very special shout out to Raquel & Reynaldo they always have welcoming smiles and loving hugs when you arrive and just make you feel like family just arriving home. Alain Thank you so much for taking such good care of myself and my sister. You are an amazing person! Chochos is always a pleasure and the best person. Dani, Betty & Aray in the cuban restaurant Thank you for your warm beautiful smiles and wonderful service. Henry, Susana, Ceasars, Angel, Yilena, Miguel and Odsymaris for the great fun and Entertainment. You all are the best. Keep up the Great team Henry! POOL TIMES AND CATAMARAN were both amazing experiences. Thank you for always welcoming us home. STILL MISSING THE LOBBY BAR! :( This resort has it all. Staffing, CONVENIENTLY close to everything. Beautiful beaches and scenery . Even though there are shortages cuba wide. The staff always provides you the best that is available. Please treat them with respect and remember not to get upset with them when it's not their faults. The management team is also doing a great job . Its nice to see them walking the resort and greeting the guest. A lot improvement over the past year. Great job! Can't wait to see you all again soon!

We loved our vacation, Spectacular people. María (Chef at the bar). She is special. We are planning to return soon. The weather and the beach were beatiful. We had a very good time with this incredible staff. Well organized ant respectful. Thank you guys.

Brisas Guardalavaca is my home away from home. I appreciate the excellent service and beautiful beach. Suzanna from Entertainment has been just the most absolute pleasure to know. She's out going and made us feel like family. I hope she stays for many years to come. She's top notch. Going to miss her terribly. I hope all the new and return guests enjoy her genuine and loveable personality. Please look for her. She's a diamond.

The entertainment and the head of emterta was amazing. My son was dancing and singing He absolutely loved it here at Brisas It was our first time and will will be back again very soon. Susana was super friendly and is now become Cuban family xox

Have been to the Holguin area many times but this was the first time at Brisas. It would be on my go-to list but not number one. Positives: Food was pretty good considering. Always Eggs ( the omlettes may have been powdered but I liked them. Over easy was real eggs. Always butter and bread which was nice to see. Also fixings for salads which was nice. Rooms were adequate. No problems with power. Had no hot water in the room for 2 days but seemed to be limited to our room. Staff were great - always friendly and helpful. Pools also good. Never a problem getting a chair in the shade at pool or beach. Don't think the hotel was at capacity by far. Buffet and A-La_Carte food was limited but adequate for the current conditions. Very nice to have the walkway by the beach. Can walk all the way to the end of the Muthu beach. Also nice that the beach is the same level as the pool area. No cliffs or stairs. Nice to have bikes available and included. Negatives: The beach, while acceptable was not as good as others in the area. Could not go out very far before getting into sea**** and rocks. hard to ocean swim. No "pop" at all for the whole week. So need to be creative with drinks, No rum and cokes or cuba libres for example. Buffet area is a bit worn and dated. If you're an early to bed person, might consider NOT getting oceanview. Every night very loud at the theater and pool. Demographic was probably 50% cubans. No problem with that but expect things to be a bit noisier, even in a-la cartes sometimes. just an observation. Most of the week - had only one room key as they ran out. Also most of the week, could not use the safe as they had no key mechanisms. All in all, for the price, it was good value and would return.

Best 2 weeks relaxing Entertainment staff are the best Rooms nice and clean Food is good Beach is awesome Hotel personnel are very caring and helpful
