Comfortable, clean and efficient hotel. Good Hotel is good and great in all the categories. Area is safe and the breakfast options are a highlight. On-site parking is a plus. Wouls stay here again.

Great property and the staff are great and helpful, the only issue is that sometimes some of the guests can be noisy and a little bit loud. Other than that Good hotel is just great!

This was our last stop on our Guatemalan adventure and it was by far the best hotel - not only beautiful and comfortable, but it was so incredible how committed this business is to making life better for the people of Guatemala. We will look for The Good Hotel first wherever we travel. ❤️

Everyone at the hotel was ready to help in everything we needed . The rooms were cute, the showers fantastic! Behind the hotel were a lot of shops and great restaurants

So cute and stylish! Love the decor. Staff was super helpful. Area was safe and walkable with lovely bars and restaurants. The whiskey bar was fun.

I had a cosmetic procedure done and needed a place to stay before my flight to NYC. Good Hotel was the absolute best choice. The hotel is beautiful, service is amazing, and their support for community is admirable. The best experience I’ve ever had in any hotel.

The room felt like a converted shipping container, which was really cool! Everything was efficiently set up with hooks and storage. It was a bit tight for two people. However a very big shower! The staff was great, very responsive and helpful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best place to stay if visiting guatemala. Staff are very helpful and courteous. The hotel building is only 2 years old (01.16.23 date of stay). Plenty of new restaurant within 3-5 mins walk, very safe community.
