Employees are really friendly and some of them speak English very well. They are helpful. The restaurant has certain day menus and those are not vegetarian. Difficult to eat here if you don’t eat meat/fish. However they are very willing to make something else for you. The rooms are clean and big. The beds are a bit short if you’re Dutch. Recommended to stay here.

This is a great little hotel in a great location. I always stay here when I'm in Guayaquil. The staff is SO friendly and on top of things. The hotel is clean and comfortable; great showers and hot water. The breakfast is just right and always included.

They did not have my room.They said they sent me an email that the room was not available.I never received one.I had to go find another hotel late at night

Way over priced for what you get. Room was tiny, very old and very noisy facing the street with traffic. Extremely expensive basic level accomodations at a motel/cheap hostel level.
