Receptionist Ms Joyce is extremely friendly and helpful. She and other staff has provided excellent service.
The executive room is very tidy and comfortable.

Best hotel we have stayed in for a long time ok a little expensive but for a 4 star hotel we didn’t mind staff was amazing room was great and the food couldn’t fault would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend it to anyone

Oh my goodness!! I was obsessed with travelodge and premier in until now, this place is unbelievable 😍. Its clean and the staff are super friendly, i felt like royalty!! This is going to be a place for me and my partner to go everytime we go on holiday in future. They have room service and the shower is amazing.

Lovely hotel, right by London Road Train station and a short walk from the centre of town. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, the room was very cute and clean. The bed was very comfortable, had a great night's sleep. I would stay again if we're back in Guildford.

設施：衞生間洗漱台迷你版
衞生：還算是乾淨的吧（大晚上沒仔細看）
環境：住一樓66號房間，窗外就是停車場和過道還有垃圾站；
服務：入住當天遇到搞派對的一羣人在房間窗口停車場吵鬧到了一點多，實在是受不了找前台要求換房間又説房滿了也沒給處理等到兩點才安靜下來

酒店乾淨整潔，設施齊全，位置不錯。房間明亮寬敞，景觀好。旁邊有各類型的餐廳和商場。用餐購買都非常方便。
