Great place to stay!! Don't hesitate to choose it! The girl at the reception is so nice and helpful, rooms very clean as western standards, good location and a nice city to enjoy China. It's worth spending a couple of days, not so packed when you walk a bit.

Located just a short walk to Elephant Trunk Hill with many eateries and a supermarket nearby.
Good security with access card only entry to the lift area and room.
Customer service is impeccable. Female barista at the front desk is extremely polite, friendly and helpful, offering a lot of useful tips on food and places to visit. She makes great coffee too, hotel offers daily complimentary coffee for in-house guests.
We asked for normal towel (hotel provided disposable ones due to hygiene reasons) and they gladly obliged, very accommodating.
Bed and beddings are comfortable, love the double pillows provided.
Airport bus drop-off / pick-up point (RMB20/way) is less than 10 mins away (walk).

We booked this hotel, but because of Covid and too less customers I guess, they asked us if we would like to change to ZEN TEA HOUSE HOTEL SEVEN STARS PARK. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel, the room was big and beautiful and the staff speaks really good English. They welcomed us with a tea and the check-in was really quick and uncomplicated. They helped us to book our bus tickets to the rice terraces and they also offer a airport pickup for 120 yuan, which was really convenient. I would book this hotel again. Thanks at the team for our nice stay.

Lovely cosy hotel. In a great location near the city and train station. We received great service from Ashley who helped us with many questions. The rooms were comfortable and tidy.

The staff were amazing and spoke great English, the service was very professional. The American breakfast we had was reasonable. The rooms were fantastic and comfortable beds.
