Hotel location is really convenient and it’s a new hotel. Room is super clean and you’ll get all the amenities required. Hotel staff was really helpful and we could communicate via WeChat through out our stay. On top of that there is a laundry room onsite which we used. Also, we received a food basket as a welcome gift and goodie pack as well when we check out. I’ll definitely comeback to this hotel and highly recommended for everyone.

Very friendly staff. They even gave me a basket of fruits when I arrived. Rooms are nice and clean. Location is perfect for train travellers; the closest you can get to the Guilin North railway station

Ezzi Hotel is convenient, cheap and nice if you’re staying for a day or two. Takes about 25 mins to downtown by taxi and taxis are parked outside so getting one isn’t an issue - 20 kuai one way. North railway station is opposite the hotel, a 2 minute walk, which is why the hotel is convenient. Also a bus from the station that goes straight to the airport, another point for convenience. Hotel bed is soft, big tv, shower and toilet are fine. Staff service is super super friendly and they have a little robot which delivers your food to your door if you order takeaway. For a short stay, worth it!

The best hotel for Value. Very helpful and friendly staffs. Even though they couldn't speak English they connected us through Wechat and provided every thing we needed as quickly as possible. Very tasty breakfast. Free self laundry and ironing services is there. Also a small gym.

Stayed only for a few hours after a late night flight. But it was very clean and comfortable and just a few minutes walk from the North Railway Station, so convenient for me to catch a bus to Dazhai in the rice terraces of Longji.

比預想中的好很多，高鐵站出來走幾步路就能看見酒店了。前台免費幫我們升級了房型，服務態度很好，入住後詢問我們房型是否滿意並且送了果盤。房間整潔舒適，乾濕分離，上樓需要刷卡並且外賣都是機器人送上樓，很安心。退房還送了小禮物，真的很滿意。

桂州北站走出去就到了，原本高铁誤點近1小时会很晚到，所以打电话给饭店，他们还說如果下大雨，可以來接我们，真的太温馨了。位于火车站旁边难免很吵，但窗户关上还是睡得着的。早餐选择简单，整体而言，简单干净。

衞生：非常乾淨，每天保潔阿姨都會主動問詢客人是否打掃房間，真心五星好評！
環境：離桂林北站進站口、出站口都非常近，離公交站站點也非常近，出行方便，打車也方便，真心五星好評！
服務：這裏的每一位員工服務都非常到位，有種回家的感覺，客户有什麼要求服務人員都會滿足你。尤其是對於前台的雪梨Shirley應變能力表示大大的贊，在酒店房源緊張的情況下能為我們升級讓我們特別滿意的房型表示非常的感謝和滿意！
沒想到從桂林北站一下車從出站口出來就能看到這家酒店，入住以後完全被酒店的氛圍驚艷到，讓我感受到五星酒店入住環境和服務，有機會來到桂林出差旅遊都會來這家酒店入住，回去後一定會把該酒店推薦給來桂林旅遊的親朋好友！
