Awsome Hotel, everything was very clean and not noisy at all.
We had a great welcoming reception and they had a lot of breakfast variety! Definitely would stay there again!

Fantastic service from the staff (especially Alian the front desk team at night) went above and beyound our expectations to make our stay comfortable. Our aircon was blowing out cigarette smell and they moved us to a different room straight away. The food was tasty and rooms comfortable and well equipped. The rooms speaker assistant (Alexa equivalent) was a pleasant feature we didn't know we needed but miss in all the other hotels we stayed at.

Au travellers. Clean and good size room. Staff helpful. Fruits and hot Chinese tea (no limit) complimentary at the reception counter. Also complimentary soft drinks and light snacks available in the room. Good location and walking distance to Elephant Trunk Hill, 2 Rivers 4 Lakes, Sun & Moon Pagodas, etc… Oh yes, very good breakfast, Value for money for what I paid.

Excellent service from all the staffs. Clean room . Super comfortable bed where 2 kinds of pillows are provided a firm and a soft one . Smart AI ‘Xiao Du’ will assist to open curtain, switch on lights and TV and play music as requested, we have fun talking to her. Toilet with bidet is remote controlled and ends with water vacuum flush. Walking distance to Xiangbi Mountain about 600m away and 1km to Zhengyang pedestrian walk. Will definitely stay here again when back in Guilin

In a very short sentence I must say that my stay at this hotel was amazing, I would say this was the best hotel I have ever been at. Not only the conditions of the hotel were amazing but also the good trea**ent from people who works there was very pleasant. Since we arrived at this hotel we had been treated very good, they even made us a portrait of our picture and the people of the hotel always been very polite and ready to help us on anything. If I come back to Guilin I will definitely stay at this amazing hotel, not just for the place but also because of the kind amazing people working there .
