Hotel is situated in a busy area close to many malls. The staff is very friendly, Mr Jake Yang is especially helpful at the front desk. The room has beautiful views of the city. Very big and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel if visiting Guiyang.

We had one night stay in Kempinski. The hotel lobby was stunning with very nice designs. Our room was spacious and clean, the city views at night from the windows were just magnificent. The business lounge was on level 53 (top floor), which offered guests free afternoon tea, light dinner, and night drinks. Every staff member we met was very polite and friendly. Finally, I wish to say special thanks to the reception staff Kevin, who serviced us very patiently and professionally. We will be back surely and see you again!

The service attitude is very good. The front desk will say hello to you. It is recommended to live on the third or fourth floor. Because there is a municipal sanitation car at 4 am on the second floor, the garbage can is very noisy. Overall it is good. The customer service was very good. The hotel stayed for the first night was a bit noisy, and then the next day I changed to another quiet one. This hotel is exactly as you see on pictures. Very modern with traditional design. Reception is very welcoming, they upgraded our room. The hotel has a laundry room and a small gym. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Also, the location is perfect if you want to see pagodas and the bridge. We have extended our stay in the hotel because we really liked it. Thank you.
