Excellent service from the hotel staff especially from the housekeeping team. Mr. Parvaiz from the housekeeping helped me in ***aging surprised room decor in very short time before our visit to the hotel. Food was also very good specially breakfast meals. Hotel location is also very good.

Best part of the stay was the location and then Quyumallah’s skills on Pool table. What an amazing teacher . Loved the stay and we were lucky to witness dress snowfall towards the end of April which made it even more beautiful . Food could have been better

The Bed was very small but the room had a wonderful view. the room was also very small my head always hits the roof in the corners and in the washroom. Room design was horrible. the staff were good. the location was near by gondola. No proper parking facility. TV channels don't work (tried to watch IPL). not worth the price they are charging for this room.

Bathroom stinks and that is an understatement. The entire room was unlivable. Hotel response was a room freshner and '***age'. Rooms are deplorable for the cost. Tiles broken, wood panels on doors and walls chipped offering great opportunity for injury. Food terrible. Hotel set up is across innumerable levels with steps and steps and steps, so a BIG caution if elderly folks are going. Please avoid staying here. We checked out after one night only, despite knowing we would lose money on the second night.

One of the best stays in gulmarg. I visited this place on the 13th of Dec 23 and really had a very luxurious experience. Great service, friendly staff, beautiful ambiance and yes food 😋. This is gonna be my stay whenever I'm visiting gulmarg. Qayoom the housekeeping head is a master in a pool game, really had a great time with him.

Nice hotel of wooden structure and big rooms, with sitting area. Clean and nice bathroom. Services were prompt and staff was courteous and helpful. Good wifi and breakfast spread was reasonable. Its near Gondola station, though car parking area is very limited. The disadvantage of wooden structure is of course that you hear the tv sound of the neighbouring room!

I had an opportunity to stay at Heevan Retreat, Gulmarg. Overall the experience was superb. Unfortunately, due to long travel - one of my family members needed Doctor's assistance however, the staff was spot on and arranged for a Doctor within minutes even at midnight. I'm thankful to all the staff for all the help & making our stay comfortable. I would absolutely recommend the property for anyone looking out for a relaxing stay in Gulmarg.
