Jasmin Beach Hotel

Staff was friendly. However, the room was not clean. The door handle was broken. Flies were at the ceiling of the bathroom. I found also a spider in my bathroom. The bad plug was missing, water was spreading all over the floor due to broken plumbing. The extractor fan of the barbecue at the restaurant seems not to have been cleaned for a long time, oil and other mess are widespread all around the barbecue ceiling. The shower at the pool has no hot water and spreads only cold water.

Worst hotel in Bodrum, just terrible experience. Hotel from nigh**are, so our room was next to the pool no water in the room, no shower rooms next door to us doesn't have as well when we spoke between each other they said they complaint as well but oh well 4 star hotel do you need water or shower? No toilet nothing inside the room was working properly complaint few times on the reception few people came to see the toilet still not working the whole week when we have been there, hotel manager just didn't care. Staff... just beyond terrible, swearing all the time the tourist, insulting that british are pigs etc. YES we know turkish suprise suprise. One lady in front of us tried to take 2 glass of wines from the restaurant bar on dinner bar staff was like oh these pigs started to drink again.. when I asked him what the hell he said he was oh you didn't hear well bla bla I'm turkish didn't hear well yeah right, food was awful nothing that represent turkish food, cold and dirty pool, not enough sun loungers, entartaining team were busy only with british tourists for hope of some tips, few of the management team all the time were trying to convince you to go out with them after work simply don't understand of the word NO and at the top of all that at our last day some member of hotel staff tried to break in into the room without any explanation why he entered the room he didn't expect to have person inside the room very dodgy when we went to the reception to ask what's going on who is that guy reception was we don't know, he shouldn't enter the room then why he had keys? Just so many years go to Turkey for holidays this is the first hotel to have so many problems at one place but staff is beyond terrible with all that nasty comments especially when you understand them.

We ended up in the Jasmin as the hotel we booked through TUI, closed (reason unknown), but we feel it was meant to be. The staff at Jasmin were great, helpful, polite, & worked hard. We arrived at 1145pm, were given cartons of water on arrival & the bellboy took us to our room. All inclusive was good, such a variety of foods & they also had a kids corner. The hotel was clean, rooms cleaned daily, fantastic aircon, (which was needed due to heatwave).I would recommend & will be going back. My only moan is that there are 3 outdoor pools & I feel the Panarama pool area, should either be adult only or stop people using inflatables in there, as the main pool has a slide area & is more suitable. Great views from the Rooftop Terrace. Also has its own private beach area, across the road, with free sunbeds & umbrellas. There is a bus every 15 to 20 mins outside the hotel to Bodrum & a taxi rank. If you go to eat out at all, The Annalivia Restaurant (booking advised) is amazing & they pay for your taxi to get there. Also Denny's on the beach front. Have to say a big thank you to all staff for a great experience. Helen, Amanda & Sharron

From the moment we arrived at this hotel we couldn't have felt more welcome, the bellboy came to escort us and take our cases to our room which i have to say was above and beyond our expectations, bottles of water upon our arrival also, we couldn't have hoped for a better room, perfect wifi 24/7 (room121 main) air conditioning was that good i asked for an extra blanket for night, daily towel change and if required a full deep room clean, very modern and spacious also with a decent fridge. Food was great, plenty options all very well seasoned very tasty, never known as many sides/sauces/salads etc to be on offer. Snacks between meals.. burgers, fries, nuggets, pizza, crepes and tea coffee with biscuits also (times posted beside reception) no difficulty any time to source loungers/parasol/table which were cleaned throughout the day, plenty of pools available but we stayed by the main pool, Hotel offers towels also for loungers for any of the many pools available, and the private beach where there are hotel staff on hand also! (no charge for loungers etc) Definitely try the turkish bath with bubble massage it was great! use of sauna is free before 12pm also. hairdresser and tattoo also available on site can confirm 💯 Hamdulla and Veysel we miss you guys but every staff could not do any more for us! thank you guys taxi outside hotel to gumbet £1.50 or 10min stroll, bus every 10mins outside hotel to bodrum. look out for the turtles who are around the ground very cute. thanks ann and kim and all we will be back

We had a fabulous time here when we came at half term late May early June for 11 nights. We had a family room over looking the pool which was clean, well serviced daily and had all amenities you need. Coffee, tea and bottled water very day. Food was very good, many Turkish dishes and some English/other European. There was only one dinner session where I did not find much to eat. Loads of fresh salads, delectable deserts, fresh meat dishes and always something fresh on the grill. Drinks are plentiful and table service for drink is provided by an army of staff all willing to help. Pool was clean and well kept, never overcrowded (there are two other pools on site) games were great fun and always a sun bed available. Entertainment at night was a bit loud but you are on holiday! Closing the patio door and putting the good air con kept the music at bay. The two ladies who ran guest relations were from the UK and incredibly helpful to all. They were lovely people. Staff always willing to help. Turkish bath and hairdresser in site, well priced and definitely worth a visit. There is a good supermarket on site and prices are not inflated as they are comparable with the two off site stores and the village. The tourist stores in the village can be a bit intimidating if you are not used to the local way of getting you in to buy stuff. Try Bodrum market instead, a short taxi ride away, cheaper and a lot of fun if you get into the banter! Pros- So many to choose from. Get into the change of food, the a**osphere, sit back and relax. If you want to find things wrong, you will find them. I preferred to enjoy my holiday. Its a great hotel and will go back without hesitation. Cons- The orange juice on tap is an "acquired" taste! The beach is not great, shale sand and not very welcoming in my opinion but I hat sand anyway. There is a sand beach nearby. Top tip- Dinner/Tea is not until 7:30 pm and food service stops at 16:30. Go to the supermarkets and get some local cheap snacks (Doritos are very expensive in comparison to the UK) to tide yourself over with a few drinks from the bar!

After filght cancelled by easyjet transfer to Jasmine Beach hotel, staff and guest relations staff could not be more helpful especially ann &Kim went beyond the call of duty for us can't thank them enough for all there help

Last minute bargain, family 4 children age 4-16. Room good size, very old fashioned all rooms well located. Food, good selection something for everyone. Not obvious where you get snacks, ice-creams from. Snacks and ice cream above main restaurant 330-430. Pool, lovely, lots of sun beds. Slides open hour am, hour pm. Entertainment, ok ish, not a lot going on. Beach, great location. Sand horrible, sharp builders sand, not very clean but hotel staff try their best, lots of stray dogs, gypsys with children that run riot. Water sports reasonably priced. ***** with shops and few bars 10 min walk. Lots of hassle from shop owners and gypsy children selling roses and bracelets. Market on Tuesday in Bodram, lots of hassle from stall holders. 100 lira for 6 on bus to Bodrum. Boat trip is a must, bought tickets from Harrys stall just outside hotel. 3200 Turkish lira for 6 ( £20 adult, £10 Child) we had the best time. Overall we had a lovely week away. Would we return? No. But not because we had an awful time. Holidays are what you make them and we have made some lovely memories here.

My husband and i have been back 5 times to Jasmine Beach Hotel never been in October. We had another fabulous relaxing Holiday. Front desk on arrival to the hotel are very friendly and very professional. We had our luggage taken to our rooms which was below the swimming pool. The room was very clean as always fresh white towels and bedding very crisp and clean as well , our room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels, toilet roll plus water was given each day of our 2 week stay.we always pick up our stuff off the floor so the cleaners can clean our room I wouldn't leave a mess as they have so many rooms to clean so we do I bit to help. There is also a fridge and kettle with coffee and tea. when you get settled in book an appoin**ent to have a hamam do this before sunbathing as this will help keep your sun tan longer and not peel. Massage is fabulous as well I highly recommend this to be at at the beginning of your holiday. The restaurant has a lovely pool view .the food is fresh and at the right temperature to enjoy a variety for everyone.if your hungry late afternoon they serve burgers and pasta on the terrace above the restaurant. The staff in the the restaurant you know who you are can't mention all there name are very helpful and kind to your needs even our Breakfast chef was fun .The entertainment was enjoyable bingo nights turkish dancing plus music quiz.The animation team where fab .There is a Bar at the Main Poolside which was run by Tur*** he always remembered what we where having to drink .Tur*** always keeps the Bar very very clean and tidy Tur*** works very hard day and night .so do other .you can take a short walk outside the hotel to where the Beach is across the road the town is walking distance alongside the beach .A bit cooler in the evening so take a wrap out with you.There is a terrace Bar where you can enjoy a steak, curry and other delicious food they even play football on t.v . October time is quite as it coming to the end of season for all the hard working staff , some staff start to leave to have a hard earned rest .but the remaining staff who are left are still very helpful in anyway .so remember Turkey in October is coming to end of season so not as much going on .If you have any problems or issues you can go and see Anna who is around everyday. Anna is very helpful and kind in sorting thing out .so please see her or her colleague with any issues. Will say never had any problems here .so much so we have Booked up again for June 2024 Thank you again to all the hard working staff at Jasmine. See you all in June
