It’s good actually. Clean rooms. Everything was there. Overall 8/10. It’s just ac was not cooling as much. But they said ll fix it. Staff was also good.

It was good trip. The food was good. Cleanliness is maintained at the property and response was nice.

Hotel is very average and they charged a lot for 2 nights. Staff was not so helpful, bathroom was not up to the mark.

They gave me room without key. 10:00 pm night it means i can stay in room locking inside. But if i need to go out i can not lock the room. Bed sheets we smelly. One room was big and one was very small. I tried booking for golden tulip goa your app showed appx 28000- but through my local travel agent i got same room category in 25500- how we can trust your app in future. 2 deluxe rooms for 2 days

They did not give me the room which i booked. I ended up staying in a mediocre room that i did not book. The attitude of the management was very bad, as i asked them why they aren't not giving me the room which i booked, they said all the rooms are the same you cancel your booking. What kind of attitude is this? they knew it is not easy to cancel the room at midnight. Extremely disappointed !

I booked this hotel on 22-06-23 friday evening and checked into the hotel. After an hour i went outside with my friend then after returning to the hotel. I realized that i had left the key in my friend's car. I have informed the hotel staff about the situation then they said we have only one key and after 1 hour they provided another key and told us please pay 500 rs extra for security of key we mentioned that we will return the key by monday they said okay but you have to charge 500 rs. Once we receive our key will refund your amount. But they played games with us. On monday my friend visited the hotel to return that key and they said we already bought the new lock for the gate and denied for money back and also kept that old key which my friend came to return. The hotel staff were all rude at the time of money return. In fact they have very poor services. Please i request to all beware from this type of hotels.

The room was so good the interior and the location is too good near by iffco chowk metro station it’s is an good stay
