Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. After check-in, we requested an upgrade to a Royal room due to an additional guest. Despite paying ₹5221 extra, we were initially given a room of the same size with no walking space and poor conditions. After raising a complaint, we were moved to an actual Royal room, which was far better.
There were multiple service failures:
Key card issues – It stopped working five times, requiring trips to the reception to get it fixed. Even after repeated complaints, no permanent solution was provided. We finally had to collect a manual key ourselves.
Bathroom lock malfunction – My father got stuck inside the bathroom due to a faulty door lock. In the new room, the bathroom knob fell off, making it unusable.
Food quality was poor – Even a simple order of tea was not good.
Overall, this was a horrible experience for a -booked hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
