Good reception despite the congestion. Clean and large room, dim lights. The bathroom is large and clean. A separate bag with towels for visiting the sauna. Good breakfast. The friendly atmosphere was palpable throughout the visit.

Ich war geschäftlich mit vor Ort. Die Mitnahme meines Hundes war kein Problem. Die liebevolle Ecke von den Vierbeiner, die Leckerlies aber auch die kleine Rose im Bad trugen zu einem Wohlbefinden bei.

Wir waren schon das dritte Mal im Kurhaus am Inselsee, welches mit einem freundlichen Personal, leckerem Essen, hoher Sauberkeit, qualitativen hochwertigen Wellnessanwendungen und einem super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überzeugt.

Ich verstehe es, wenn man in Mecklenburg sich auf sein Stück Wild zum Abendbrot freut - wer aber in 2024 keine handvoll veganer Gerichte auf die Karte bringt, sollte in einem 4*+ Hotel vielleicht nochmal den Koch-Beruf überdenken. Die veganen Gerichte waren allesamt fad, übermäßig „gesund“ und fast gänzlich frei von Geschmack(-strägern wie Fett), sie waren wenn überhaupt für die Öko-Mutti etwas, aber jegliches anderes tierfreies kulinarisches Interesse kann hier nicht erfüllt werden. Vegan bedeutet nicht Salat! (es ist 2024….) Euer (veggie) Burger wurde sehr vermisst, hoffentlich könnt ihr die Karte bis zum Herbst erneuern.

Am Hotel und unserem Aufenthalt gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und geräumig. Die Aufbettung wurde wie bestellt zur Verfügung gestellt. Kann dieses Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Ich war bereits das 4. Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Renovierung, die das letzte Mal noch nicht ganz abgeschlossen war, ist nun beendet. Alle Mitarbeiter/innen waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Den Saunabereich habe ich abends zur Entspannung genutzt. Top! Frühstück und Abendessen: Es fehlte aus meiner Sicht an nichts. Gerne wieder.

Een heerlijk hotel met veel luxe. Zeer ruime kamers, heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, vriendelijk personeel. De wellnessfaciliteiten zijn ook goed. Enige minpunt is dat er 's nachts herrie is van de weg (klinkers) en dat om half 7 's ochtends het restaurant wordt bevoorraad. Dat geeft geluidsoverlast als je aan de voorkant of zijkant zit. Eten bij het strandhotel is geen aanrader. Onvriendelijk en chaotisch personeel en matige maaltijden tegen hoge prijzen.
