„平潭東浮山酒店地理位置優越，附近有許多飯店和超市，院內有自己的停車場適合自駕的朋友。床品比較衞生整潔，室內設施齊全，前台幾位美女工作人員服務熱情，耐心周到。不足的是：早餐廳那位負責餐飲的中年婦女似乎未受過任何服務理念和禮儀的培訓，不懂得尊重人，對來吃早餐的六七十歲老同志們説話生硬，你要求大家每人衹能吃一個雞蛋，不能有剩菜剩飯等是可以的，但你不可以對這些比你大很多的老年人像孩子一樣呼來喝去的，還有，我和我老伴拿了兩個雞蛋，其中有一個蛋清發黏了，聞着有一股氨水味，我老伴就去請求這位餐廳婦女是否可以給更換一個，沒想到這位女廚以堅定的口吻一口咬定説這裏的雞蛋都是新鮮的不可能有壞的，就是不給換，倔犟得很！我們外地人出門在外不想和你一般見識吵架，所以藉助這個小插曲，我也希望貴酒店加強對這種外聘人員服務培訓，教會她們説話的方式和正確的服務理念，否則會直接影響酒店的形象。本來感覺該酒店在各方面都挺不錯的，就是因為這極個別人員缺乏應有的職業素養而對酒店產生一定的負面影響。説實在的本來很想給5星好評的。”

„完全超出預期的民宿。到得比較晚，前台的小姐姐服務超棒。第二天早上起來發現民宿的環境比自己認為的還要好，確實是無盡海。房間設施齊全完善，特別是能移動的落地晾衣架，完美適配如我這樣的強迫症。停車方便，配套完善，還有洗衣機、乾衣機……總之，超級超級喜歡和滿意的民宿。唯一遺憾的是此次天氣一般。但是，如果再來平潭，這間民宿必是我的唯一選擇。”

„It will be so hard if you can’t speak Chinese. There was not enough amenities (shampoo)left but I could not convince the staff about that because I can’t speak Chinese. Also I could not understand about the system of breakfast so I didn’t have it.. However, the room was specious and clean, the location is good as it is close to the beach and shops. „雙床房空間超大，床品軟乎乎的，洗漱台乾濕分區設計很貼心，採光很好，屋裡也沒有黴味，房裡的超大投影儀，逛完回酒店躺床上追劇太爽。酒店門口停車方便，周邊吃飯小吃店也多，不用在景區挨宰，晴天的平潭景色真的是沒話説，下次還來還住它家！”

„訂的親子房，在8層，電梯衹到7樓，需要拎着箱子爬一層樓梯。顯示房間面積40平米，實際一半是陽台的面積，房間面積並不大。陽台衹有門沒有可以開啟的窗户，通風衹能開門，房間內一股味道，第二天好些，大概是上位客人的遺留。淋浴間衹有一半的玻璃遮擋，洗澡水會濺出來在衞生間，拖鞋鞋底會濕透。標榜錦江旗下，感覺應該是個人酒店。酒店提供小童牙刷和拖鞋，鞋底上有一衹碾死的蜘蛛，鑒於房價不貴自己擦一下就算了。第三天換了6層的房間，佈局較通透，但房頂的天花板開着洞，衞生間地上牆上都是頭髮。生理期不小心弄上1角硬幣大小的血跡，主動告知，然後賠償30元。這年頭血漬清洗並不難處理，面積也不大，一般屬於酒店的正常損耗，要求賠償確實心裏不舒服。除此之外服務還好，前台免費提供礦泉水。位置離海邊2km吧，步行去海邊不近，周圍吃飯方便”
