Valletta View Apartments by ST Hotels

地理位置優越，周邊很多餐廳，風景一流，海景！ 那個電梯實在太嚇人了，還關我們在裏面，好不容易出來了，工人把電梯口強行打開，但停留太高了，女兒跳下來沒站穩，從台階摔下去，傷到腳，回到法國里昂去醫院看診，被上了模具。

Nice apartment , location was good , short walk to the ferry across to Valletta. Reception staff at Bay View hotel were helpful. Lift was quite small and cramped so walked the stairs as never saw anyone else in the apartments. The pool and jacuzzi at Bay View was small but okay, we used Aqualuna just across the road., collecting voucher daily from hotel.Not really a swimming pool more a sunbathing area with a pool to cool off in. Pool area got very busy and people were crammed in, we used the loungers on the upper deck which were much better. Balcony at apartment was quite small , with not particularly comfortable chairs. Wifi could be temperamental but on the whole was okay. We had two bedroomed apartment , had plenty of room. A FewTv channels, could also sign in to Amazon and Netflix if have accounts. Negatives were cracked floor tiles and sink in bathroom was very poorly attached and finished off. Being on main road it was quite noisy, especially motorbikes roaring down the road late at night, but also meant on balcony always something to look at, and the harbour aswell. Short walk along front to main part of Sliema for restaurants or ferry into Valletta.

The location is good but it's true that the apartments feel a bit tired. For example, the toaster didn't work properly, and WiFi can be temperamental too. However, for us the worst thing was the smell of cigarette throughout the apartment, especially for the kids! Even though there's a sign asking guests to only smoke outside, it's obvious that the advice hasn't been followed. When we told them, staff shrugged and said there was nothing they could do about it, which was disappointing and upsetting. We now can't even enjoy the lovely view, as the smell is so awful 😞 Never again!

Nice apartment, but some areas a bit worn/tired. There was a broken dining table left on the back balcony, and some random screws/washers left in the bathroom. The patio door didn’t shut properly no matter how hard you tried so it could be loud in the apartment from the traffic. Luckily we were on 5th floor so wasn’t much of a security issue. We had 2 bedrooms with really comfortable beds, plenty of spare pillows and 3 irons 🤣. Kitchen area with plates etc. we didn’t cook while we stayed though. You get access to the sister hotel’s gym, pool and sauna/jaccuzzi. And also access to use the AquaLuna outdoor pool over the road. To access this you must get tickets from reception.
