Bardzo miły wypoczynek. Przecudowna obsługa, cała załoga bez zarzutu ( zwłaszcza Dinesh i Kaniska) :) Nasze dzieci tez są bardzo zadowolone. Polecamy dla rodzin z dziećmi ale nie tylko, ponieważ hotel jest tak pomyślany aby Ci którzy potrzebują spokoju i ciszy tez mogli go zaznać :) Bardzo dobre, różnorodne jedzenie, przepiękne jezioro przy hotelu ( gdzie czasami kapią się słonie), super basen i pokoje.

The hotel is a lovely place to stay The room was very comfortable, always cleaned to a high standard and the staff always attentive Lovely surroundings and peaceful with a lovely lake central to the resort There is a large choice of food that is outstanding in quality We I’ll be back

we had a fantastic experience at cinnamon village by habarana. The customer service was exceptional, and Mr. Anura, the security manager, stood out with his outstanding assistance. We had the fortune of staying here in April 2024, but the mistfortune of having our kids get sick on the trip (not from the hotel). The place was beautiful, and the room (Eagle Lodge) was absolutely massive. But what really blew us away was the service. I've never felt like such a VIP before. It was pretty astounding the lengths that the staff went to in order to help us manage our sick kids. Special shout-outs to Thilini up front and Jay at the buffet, who were absolute rockstars. Even though the trip didn't go as planned, we'll always have fond memories of how we were treated here.

Habarana Village is a gem for those seeking peace. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome. Our room was cozy and well-equipped, offering a comfortable stay. I had a delightful experience during my two-night stay at The Habarana Village by Cinnamon. The housekeeping team meticulously maintained the cleanliness of the room, making it feel like a home away from home. Not only did they keep the room impeccably clean, but they also made sure that the coffee and tea supplies were consistently restocked. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring that every request was met with a smile. Now, let’s talk about the food – it was a true highlight of my stay! From the mouthwatering breakfast spread to the delectable dinner options, every meal was a culinary delight. The chefs truly know how to impress with their skillful preparation and attention to detail. Overall, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the dedicated attentive staff, housekeeping team, and delicious cuisine. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The ambience is so beautiful. Just like a typical village they have built the rooms. The food was amazing.. Live the spicy sri Lankan food. The staff is so friendly and Indunil gave us a good service..Lovely hospitality... We would like to request to clean and sweep the garden area cz we noticed none was cleaning the garden... Also to clean the roofs of the rooms too

This is a much cherished hotel that is famed for going the extra mile. My friends included a young boy and as usual the staff at the Village went the extra few miles. The food was sumptuous, the hotel organised visit to the Elephant park was breath taking, the new year games and frolics were fantastic and mostly of awe was the mind numbing Fire Limbo. A special shout out to Nilanga the F&B wizard and his amazing team. The restaurant ran like the kitchens of a royal household. Even picnic breakfasts at 5:30am - did not phase him. Kudos to them.
