Отель был на небольшой реновации, но в качестве компенсации руководство отеля предоставило нам небольшую бутылку кремана и напитки из мини-бара.
Завтрак отличный. Круассаны просто великолепные, вкусные сыры с плесенью, французское соленое масло, возможность сделать свежевыжатый сок из апельсинов.

great location, approx. to basel. Friendly, relaxing, clean. Restaurant and bar on premises. Breakfast with great selection. Public transport nearby. Will be back.

Never again! We booked a Spa Weekend as it was advertised on the hotel’s website but instead there were kids everywhere and babies in diapers in the pool. It was so loud that we felt like being in a public pool. Sauna was very old and filthy. There was no staff to keep order in the spa area because a man went in the sauna without a towel which was so disgusting. Floors and windows were dirty too. Very disappointing. They also didn’t mention that VAT was not included in the package price, which made us feel a bit scammed. In the end Swiss prices, which is fine but nit Swiss service. We shall remain in Switzerland next time. Rooms were lovely and clean. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Garden is magical. However, the spa area was so ridiculously disappointing and disgusting that it influenced our initial contentment. Massages were good too though we taught it strange that we had to go to a garden shed.

I arrived to the Basel for medical treatment. And then i found Hôtel & Spa - Maison Jenny. Quiet , surrounded by nature and very deticated stalf. Its not far from Basel. Its not too big hotel but its equipped with indoor pool, sauna and hot khamam. Important in this area. A bove all - A very( indeed ) helpful reception staff. welcoming, smiling and makes you feel at home. Madams Axelle, Sabrina, made the difference: Coordinating taxis, changing rooms helping with resteraunts, and much more. thanks to Mr. Line And the restaurant staff madams Cidny and Franceska. warmly recommende.

We had a nice stay! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds are peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoy the restaurant that is attached. The rooms were well kept but were a little dated. But the overall experience was nice.

I booked this Hotel very late as i couldn't get a place in Basel. Jenny was exceptional friendly and with style. Well done to the team Jenny Hotel and Restaurant very fine really enjoyed my short stay.

Delightful hospitality in a semi-rural setting near the city of Basel. Wonderful rooms and breakfast. On the advice of the owner - the dining room was full - we ate at the Golf Club. Brilliant. Best sleep for some time. Highly recommended.

I often stay at this hotel. The staff are really nice, rooms are clean, and the breakfast excellent quality (considering it's a continental breakfast). I've seen the swimming pool, though I have not had the chance to use it yet, and it looks very nice, modern, and clean.
