A short distance away from Strasbourg, this is an excellent hotel for travelers with cars. In fact, a car is a necessity if you wish to stay at this hotel. * this is a very comfortable, well-appointed hotel for people of all ages. * the car park is spacious, and in the open. * the breakfast is excellent and offers a wide choice of dishes. * the staff is friendly, and the bar is well-appointed. * there's a small lounge with a TV where we saw the France-England match during the football World Cup 2022. * Strasbourg, Mulhouse, Colmar and other places of interest are within easy access from this hotel.

Nothing to remark about the hotel: usual Ibis quality and service. Breakfast could do with a bit more fresh products but otherwise you have anything you need. The area is in an industrial area, and out of the city centre (you will need to take your car).

We stay at Ibis hotels when travelling with the dogs because we know that they're always welcome. The open areas have been renovated and create a welcoming atmosphere. We decided to have an aperitif at the bar and Perrine, the young lady on duty, could not have been more friendly, with plenty of ideas on what do do in the area. The breakfast was excellent. It's a short drive to the pleasant centre of Haguenau.

Whenever possible, when we return from holiday in Italy, Haguenau is our preferred stop. Only mentioning my name on the phone, everything was ok when we arrived. Nice rooms and the restaurant beside is fine!

Nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit apres une longue route fatigante.C était sans compter sur l accueil du receptioniste et de sa très grande amabilité. La gentillesse de Pierre (Il nous a confié son prénom ) dépassé largement ce que l on pouvait s imaginer à une pareille heure.Le parking est bien situé tout juste proche de l hôtel pour le transport des bagages c est pratique.Et j ai pu constater que ibis haguenau s engage dans la voie environnementale car il y a des bornes recharges électriques à dispositions de la clientèle. Au matin hyper ravi d être accueilli par la receptioniste Perrine , un ange d une gentillesse et d une prévenance sans limite.Un ratio petit déjeuner vraiment au top si on prend en compte la qualité des produits. Un hôtel à la pointe ! Continuez comme ça !

Très belle hôtel avec parking bien situé. Un accueil par le receptioniste de nuit que nous n oublierons pas de si tôt .Merci à vous Pierre pour votre gentillesse et la très grande disponibilité que vous avez eu avec moi et mes amis.Avec vous on peut dire que la satisfaction de la clientèle est la politique même de la maison.L installation fut bonne avec une chambre familiale spacieuse au 1er étage. La cabine de douche et les toilettes très propres. Au matin la receptioniste au petits soins et un petit déjeuner au top ! Mes amis et moi reviendront volontier dans cet établissement. Félicitations à toute l équipe !

Un bel hotel en zone industrielle, restaurants à proximité et près de l'autoroute (sans nuisance sonore), un grand merci a l'hotesse de nuit pour sa gentillesse, petit dejeuner copieux, parking exterieur gratuit mais non securisé (mieux que rien) Literie pas tres confortable (canapé convertible) donc peut mieux faire de ce coté Propreté des draps laisse à désirer Dans l'ensemble, je recommande cet hotel

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel et heureusement pour nous. Pour avoir fréquenté plusieurs Ibis en France, nous y sommes allés les yeux fermés, à tord. Hygiène plus que douteuse (traces d'éclabousures brunes sur la porte de la salle de bain, toiles d'araignées dans toute la chambre, insectes morts sur la tablette de la fenêtre...), porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas (merci l'intimité et la discrétion la nuit), pomme de douche d'où aucune goutte d'eau ne sort... En plus de ça, isolation phonique inexistante. Entre les bruits de circulation, de couloir et d'une chambre à l'autre, la nuit n'a pas franchement été paisible. Bref, je ne recommande pas :-(
