We stayed here one night before our tour started. The room is basic but we had no complaints. It has everything required for a pleasant stay. Beds were comfy and the linen was fresh. The views from the balcony are stunning. Nearby to all amenities in town. Breakfast was well rated by our children. The bathroom we had was a wet room

Nice view Comes with breakfast: Mango pancakes and scrambled eggs were good, the view from breakfast on level 8 is excellent, a wide menu to select from Plumbing could use some work though (And no hot water in room 404) There is coffee and tea at the reception yum

We loved our stay here! The staff that work here are so welcoming and helpful, in particular Julie who arranged all of our tours and onward travel to Ninh Binh. Our plans changed last minute and they were so flexible. The room was simple but clean, comfortable bed and a hot shower - everything we needed. The breakfast was good you could order a variety of hot food (omelette, bacon and egg etc.) with contitental options as well. Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby too. Thanks team!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff (Julie in particular) were super friendly, and super helpful. Spoke fluent English and were able to help with anything including organising various trips. The room was very nice, clean, and neighboured a shared balcony with fantastic views of the bay. Breakfast was good, not the best we’ve had but overall it was fine. Complimentary tea and coffee served all day in the lobby was a nice touch. I would highlight that the hotel is not beachfront (as there’s no beach opposite), but it’s facing into the bay and the views were stunning, particularly sunrise and sunset. We’d definitely stay again!

While the rooms are more on the basic side, the staff are brilliant. Seven and Tom were extremely friendly, accommodating & helpful with good English. Seven made our stay memorable, helped us book an amazing boat tour and gave us great tips on where it was good to eat and explore on the island. If you're touring Vietnam - stay here!
