Wish I could give staff and service an extra star! We had a personalized greeting and were welcomed with champagne. The room itself was fantastic, and the breakfast was top notch! As for the location, it is only a short walk to the Hakodate Ropeway, and other tourist areas along the waterfront, making it the perfect location. An excellent stay! ＜3

Service is second to none with personalized assistance. Excellent front desk services, with special mention for Mr. Jang who managed all of our restaurant reservations and city guidance.

The Villa Concordia Resort & Spa is a very private hotel with only 10 suites - 4 each on the 3rd and 4th floors and 2 executive suites on the 5th. My partner and I opted for a corner suite which was ample and comfortable and very adequately furnished with a seating area furnished a vacuum tube amplifier and sound system. The owner of the hotel is clearly a jazz aficionado as the lobby boasts of a fine collection of jazz CDs which you could play in your room. Breakfast was served in the hotel's restaurant on the 6th floor and while there is no selection to choose from, the hotel provides a full yōshoku or washuku breakfast course which was a marvel to dine on. Each meal was tastefully prepared and presented. Unfortunately we visited during the period immediately following the Japanese New Year season and being a low-season, the restaurant did not offer dinner services. This was the only disappointment relating to our staty. The hotel is located minutes from the Jujigai Hakodate Tram stop and a short walk to the dock area and a slightly longer walk to the Hakodate train station. An interesting experience for our first visit to Hakodate.

十字街から200m 函館山登山ロープウェイのそばにあります、部屋は広くてのんびりできます。フリードリンクがあると聞いていたので💦ないのはガッカリです。スパマッサージ重視のホテルかな💦 大浴場なしでシティホテルの感じです。
