房間很漂亮，有房間內温泉和半野外温泉可以選擇，半野外需要預約。早餐和晚餐都還不錯。服務都半蹲，很nice，但就是服務人員的英文有點一言難盡

좋았지만 가격생각하면 재방문 의사는 없습니다 따로 대욕탕이 없고 가족탕 40분 쓰게해주는데 너무 짧아요ㅠ 물론 방마다 욕실이 있긴 하지만 아쉬웠습니다 조식과 석식 모두 먹었는데 음식때문에 비싼숙소인데 제 입맛에는 맞지않았어요. 메뉴는 계속 바뀌는데 하나같이 입맛에 안맞아 아쉬웠어요 너무 좋은 숙소지만 가격대비하면 아쉬운점이 많아요

交通肯定不方便，沒車來這裏不太實際。來這裏要麼自駕，要麼租車，其中出租車方面有兩個選擇，一個可以搭乘新幹線到小田原車站，然後搭的士，有點遠，大約需要8000日元，要麼在小田原搭小火車到箱根，再搭車來，大約需要5000日元。 酒店本身的環境一流，除了房間裏有泡温泉的池子，還可以預訂去客人專屬的浴池。 餐廳包晚餐和午餐，都是平松標準的西式套餐。

下雪很美😊，酒店真的舒服，整體還可以，餐廳是吃日式法國菜的，味道很好。房間空間好，溫泉好美，私密感很好，適合情侶去的

酒店環境不錯，餐食有品質，位置有點偏遠，打的去湯本來回1w3円，温泉水温偏高，公湯完全沒法泡，房間私湯勉強泡2分鐘，洗護用品一半寶格麗一半日本品牌

This property is absolutely superb from A to Z. We stayed for 4 nights in 2 separate rooms and everything was just perfect. The most outstanding service awaited us there. Staff were punctual, polite, impeccably dressed, with great attention to detail. Meals were excellent, portions were just right. Onsen bath in a very classy bath area. A flawless stay from our personal viewpoint.

Staff members are well dressed with impeccable manners. The service is excellent, their anticipation of client needs is outstanding. I have sciatica and they brought a bath chair to my room within 15 minutes of check-in. When they realized the next day that it wasn't really what I needed, they immediately brought a small stool. Incredible, I never expected such caring service. The room is classy, with a wood / glass book-case. It is very clean. They provide pajamas and a warm shawl, just in case you wish to walk outside and feel cold. The couch is comfortable and besides a desk, they also provide seating for two at a separate table. My friend and I enjoyed room-service breakfast every morning - we stayed for 4 nights. The onsen and bath area is spacious with plenty of amenities. Beds are comfortable and pillows lean towards the soft side. Lighting is good. From my balcony, I can see the Koi pond with some beautiful. colorful fish. Very relaxing. Meals are well thought out with 3 different menu choices. The basic menu, a "medium" menu and the full menu. The basic menu is sufficient for our appetite, though we tried the full menu the last evening - it was delightful but a bit filling. Wine list not big but sufficient for a couple of nights' stay. This is a quiet space with a classic atmosphere. Therefore, anyone wishing for a move lively atmosphere might wish to consider another venue. However, if relaxation and good spa treatments are what you want, it is wonderful. My friend and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys good food with onsen baths, relaxation, a beautiful tree-lined garden and great service.

コロナも5類扱いになり、5年ぶりに伺いました。 まず静かなロケーションが素晴らしい。公道から少し登った森の中にあります。前回はvalet parking でしたが、今回は違いました。シャガールのリトグラフが飾られた池の見える広々としたロビーでアランミリアのウェルカムジュースをいただきながらチェックイン。 3階の部屋から見えるのはホテルの大きな池と森、遙か向こうに箱根外輪山丸岳の稜線、その向こうに雪を被った富士山の頂上が見えます。室内の風呂からはその富士山を眺めながらゆったりと温泉を楽しみました。 完全予約の貸切露天風呂は2つあり、完璧に清掃され洗い場の床も拭かれて乾かされていて前の人の使用感が払拭されており、とても気持ちがよいです。40分の入浴時間のあとの20分でその作業がなされるのでしょう。 食事は1階のダイニングまたは2階のロビーに案内されます。トリュフを沢山使ったイタリアンのコース料理でした。クエのロースト、繊細な相州牛のヒレのタリアータなどどの品も楽しめました。 スマートで暖かい静かなサービス、美味しいお料理と温泉でゆっくり滞在を楽しめました。また行ってみたいです。
